Poor service
2 weeks and I still don't have my refund yet! 2 weeks since I filed for return after receiving a broken TV. I did multiple contacts already with their customer service and have been lied multiple times. Inconsistent answers and resolution. TV is already dropped off and no one seems to care about my concern anymore. No one will entertain me via chat and they only respond once a day via email. Spoke with seller said they canât do anything on their end. Refund might take another 7 days or more which is very frustrating! LAZADA doesnât care about their customers and only cares about money! Very disheartening considering this is my hard earned money and my first ever purchase with them.

Now I asked my customers and friends to send me all the items that were ordered from Lazada - paid for >> but not received and where no refund was made. Since the orders were placed with me because I have a computer and were paid for by me, I had to make up the loss. From my time expenditure, financial losses, phone calls, letters and the trouble and their lies with your dealers about the Lazada message box, but they blame everything on Lazada.
These are mainly electrical items. I can't understand Lazada that such criminals can cheat and steal under the Lazada name and still be protected. We have all called you over 163 times and written 86 complaints - twice we were successful in contact, but we were never called back or notified in writing. This means that Lazada is cheating and manipulating to the detriment of the customer.
I have turned the whole matter over to the lawyer because my time and my life are more important to me.
It is foreseeable that they will deny everything and claim that it was delivered. The forwarders checked the incoming lists from Warenzau and could not find any incoming goods from Lazada, the bandit dealer no longer exists. Lot of dubious sellers
They have lost control of the sellers (many of which practice deceptive sales tactics) in the platform, and they don't seem to care. Prices are not that competitive anymore. Best to go back to physical stores where possible.

I ordered products from Lazada, order placed on 24 Mar 2024.
When package arrived 31 Mar 2024 the parcel was broken.
I returned the products Placed on 1 April 2024.
on 3 April i got the following message from Lazada: We were unable to accept your return. We will ship the item back to you.
Because of the parcel was broken they stated.
So how should I have done different, repair the broken products before returning them?
They offered me a 30% refund only, which I did not accept.
Until today they only come with lame excuses.
Rest assured, bla, bla, bla.
I have done my last shopping @ Lazada.
Their freight company (lex.ph) and customer service is so very bad.

Beware of the bait and switch ads
I buy a lot of things from Lazada when I'm at my vacation home in the Phillipines. The site has too many misleading ads. Bate and switch is very common. They show a picture if an item and a price but when you add it to your cart options show up that the price shown is for some other item and what you wanted is substantially more expensive. Beware of what you are ordering it's likely not what was pictured. They need to police their sellers and get rid of the dishonest ones.
