Helpful informative

Very good experience with Libby from Leaders today. Met me promptly at the address. Even when the current tenant forgot about the appointment Libby managed to arrange a viewing at the address. She was professional and helpful allowing me plenty of time to view the property and answered all my questions. Very happy with the service.

Dear Libby, thanks a lot for taking your time to show me a property in Bishop's Stotford on the 16th of October. Very kind, welcoming and helpful agent. Thanks a lot!

Libby was amazing showing us around the property, very knowledgeable and honest! Highly recommended!

Libby was punctual and knowledgeable about the property she showed me and she didn't seem to mind the million and one questions I had. Thanks Libby.

I have had multiple viewing with Phoebe and she is an excellent example of what an agent should be. She’s kind, helpful, knowledgeable and always gets back to me as soon as she can. Absolutely amazing staff

Phoebe was lovely and welcoming and was great at providing all the details we needed on the property she was showing us. We had a few questions which she was able to answer.

Really great experience with Leaders! Phoebe was super friendly and welcoming when she showed us around the property and made the whole viewing feel easy and comfortable. Leaders in general have also been really helpful whenever we’ve needed clarification or had any questions. Really appreciate the great service — thank you Phoebe and the team! 😊

Phoebe really helped our property search with thoughtful insights and flexibility, accommodating our unpredictable timelines and family needs. She never made us feel rushed, answered all our questions with great patience, and provided invaluable advice on the local market.

Leaders have been great in our search for a house. We've had a house viewing on tuesday with Libby and she was so helpful and kind.

Libby was extremely helpful in showing me the rooms I was interested in and the ones she had available. She was very polite, patient, and went out of her way to help me. I really appreciate her excellent customer service and would definitely recommend her!

Myself and my husband met Phoebe on a viewing near Stansted Mountfitchet recently and had such a lovely warm welcome. Phoebe came across as super professional, considerate with her approach, knowledgeable and had a way about her that came across really authentic with a beautiful smile. For me Leaders have always been consistent with there customer care

My partner and I attended a viewing yesterday in Stansted Mountfitchet and had an outstanding experience! Our lettings consultant Phoebe Cross was so kind, helpful and friendly. She answered all of our questions and knew a lot about the property, which was very refreshing compared to several viewings that we've had with other agencies recently. Thank you so much for your help!

Libby was wonderful and professional. She was very helpful and answered all the questions we had. She was just a delight to have showing us around and is an absolute credit to the company.

Responsive and helpful staff.

Libby was an amazing help with such a kind personality, she made our viewing very enjoyable and was very kind and helpful when came towards our questions.

I thought Phoebe Cross was fantastic, she came across Professional, Friendly, warm and had a great plethora of knowledge in the housing industry, If I had questions about the process or any doubts she was always their to support me, I think Leaders are one of the best HMO managements I've come across so Professional and respectable.

Phoebe from the team at Leaders has facilitated a few viewings for myself and my partner, looking for our first flat, and has been nothing but professional, courteous, and helpful for the entire process.
