Inclusivity
I have a mental health disability and I was extremely anxious about dealing with an agent. When we approached Leaders and Phoebe Cross led the process, my whole experience was immensely calm, clear, organised, and it showed attention to detail and caring for the clients. I couldn't be more grateful to have been guided through the letting by Phoebe, she was professional and warm.

Thank you Phoebe
I am looking to move from my current tenancy of nearly 7 years. Phoebe guided me through my first viewing, and although the property wasn't right for me, Phoebe was really helpful with tips and guidance on how the rental market has changed since I last moved, how the law has changed, and how to work out what I could afford. Thank you.

Absolute nightmare and nothing but empty promises
My experience with Leaders has been shocking from start to finish. After viewing the property and agreeing an offer, I was told the property was tenanted but that the tenants would be out by the time completion took place. Four months later, when I asked for an update, I was suddenly told the tenants were not even aware they were expected to leave, and that I would have to complete the purchase with tenants still in place.
This was only disclosed after I had already obtained my mortgage offer and progressed everything, despite this being an equity release purchase. I have now completed, and three weeks later I still have no clear information about the tenants or when I will be able to access my property.
I have been repeatedly promised that this would be sorted, but nothing has happened. On top of that, I have not received any rent from the tenants.
I am an investor and have dealt with many property transactions, but I have never come across such an unprofessional service or so many broken promises. Very disappointing
