Leaders Floors/Trade , as a company, can be a little bit ' hit or miss', mainly due to being unable to get them to answer calls....but another time they'll answer swiftly and obligingly. After a fair bit of research into what laminate floor I wanted, it came in good time. If you want quality and easy-to-lay laminate, go for KRONOTEX which comes with the plastic strip on the narrow end of the panels. The plastic strips are vital for easy fitting. ð

Was sold a product and paid for 48hr delivery. Waited in for delivery which an email said was dispatched but did not arrive. Queried with sales and was told that the product was not available!!
Bee at customer sales was excellent in tracing the order and following up with a sincere apology and an immediate refund. Guess the IT department and the warehouse need better co-ordination.
