Disappointing service, minimal saving
Booked three separate rounds for 8 people (including 4 buggies per round) 12 weeks in advance of travelling. Saved a small amount. When checking in with them one week before travel, they had not booked buggies for the rounds, and had not thought to inform us.

Leading courses made booking 3x 3-balls in Paris easy. I wasn't getting anywhere when contacting the clubs directly, and the language barrier wasn't helping. Leading courses made the process easy, and I would especially like to thank Petra and Martin, who had to deal with multiple changes to my itinerary and made sure everything lined up correctly. Thanks again.

If Trust Pilot allowed me to leave less than one star review, I would’ve done.
To paint the picture, I came across their website to book a round (or two) of golf in Tenerife for late January 2025, their website advertised numerous tee times from 12pm till 4pm and then took the full payment in advance (2 players - €272/£236).
I then received an email the following day to notify us that our tee time is not available due to the course being fully booked and they could only offer a 2:40pm tee time (twilight offer).
After expressing what I felt was poor customer service and actually a poor business model/product, I felt from their responses via email that I was a hinderance to them and it was hard work to deal with my booking.
After a short while, they advised I checked the actual golf club website (Las Americas) for live tee times and, if an earlier slot becomes available on the golf club website, they would try to rearrange our 2:40pm tee time to the earlier slot. After looking on the golf club website for less than 30 seconds, I came across better tee times and emailed them asking the next steps to re-arranging to a better time (10am).
Before responding to my email, they completely cancelled my booking, told me to book with the golf club directly and said a refund would take 48 hours.
They refunded the money within the 48 hours, but instead of refunding the amount I paid (£236) they refunded £220 and I would fully expect them to blame the missing £16 on my banking exchange rate, which, had I not had these issues I wouldn’t have been bothered, but it genuinely would not surprise me if it’s another scheme they employ to maximise profits. Ps… if you made it this far with my rant, book direct through the golf club websites, they are cheaper!

Dear Mr. McCrory, many thanks for your review and ofcourse as good Customer Support service, available 365 days a year at Leading Courses we have looked into this booking straight away. You have requested a teetime on Sunday 12/01/2024 at 18:53 for Golf Las Américas in Tenerife. When completing this booking request, PRIOR to choosing your teetime you are shown the following message: "Please note the availability shown for this club is an indication only, therefore your requested time may not be available and can vary. We will confirm your tee time with you as soon as possible." The golfer is therefore made aware that we are not showing live availability and we need to contact the course to confirm the booking. When completing the payment step the golfer gets 2 choices. BasicRate with direct payment OR FlexRate where the golfer doesn't pay anything until 48 hours prior to the date of the confirmed teetime. You choose BasicRate and direct payment was made. Although it is high season in Tenerife and the courses are fully booked we have managed on Monday morning 13/01 at 09:27 to secure you a great twilight teetiime of 14:40 which is a cheaper rate then you've paid PLUS it will alllow you to play 18 holes as it doesn't get dark until 19:45 in Tenerife. You were informed about this and of the partial refund to be made to your credit card. However, you've replied that we are delivering poor Customer Service and you didn't accept this teetime and asked for a refund. We have replied to your mails no less then 3 times that the teetimes shown on our website are an indication only, as mentioned above. We've also informed you to check the clubs website for live availability. You have informed us to keep the booking until an earlier teetime becomes available and straight after that you've informed us that you have found a 09:50 teetime on the clubs' own website which we've advised you to book immediately as they are rarely available during this high season. We cancelled the existing booking with Leading Courses immediately and a refund was made that same minute to your credit card so we didn't hold on to any payments made to Leading Courses unnecessarily. Again you could have choosen FlexRate and PayLater option especially after being informed that the teetimes shown on our website are an indication only. You asked about the refund and were informed that this was done immediately. Based upon the above information we have delivered excellent Customer Support Service. Your 1 star review is based on incorrect information and lies and we kindly ask you to remove this review a.s.a.p. We will provide the full Email conversation between yourself and our Company to Trustpilot and take the necessary action to have this review removed if you fail to do so. For further information with regards to this booking please contact us through by Email: support@leadingcourses.com
Leading Courses helpt je als je een fout maakt
Leading Courses heeft mij uitstekend geholpen bij het boeken van starttijden op Ogliata en Marco Simone. Ook toen ik een foutje had gemaakt bij de boeking hebben ze mij uitstekend geholpen om dat weer op te lossen. Dat is het grote voordeel als je via Laedig Courses boekt.
