In oktober 2023 gespeeld op Mijas Golf Bij aanmelding vertelde de caddiemaster dat de greenfee was gehalveerd vanwege de slechte greens, Het was niet mogelijk het te veel betaalde greenfeebedrag direct terug te betalen , volgend de caddie master moest dit via Leading courses. Na wat heen en weer app verkeer werd de te veel betaalde greenfee op de rekening gestort. Daar voor hartelijk dank. Had het niet verwacht. Maar hulde voor Leading courses.

Excellent personal service
The Booking App works well, for most courses with plenty of alternative T times. Sometimes a bit slow to confirm booking and go over to step 4 payment. The personal service is excellent. This morning I got a change for a wrong booking within 8 minutes via WhatsApp. Good on you. Will continue to book via Leading.

Geweldige assistentie en extra uitleg om een cancellation met de golfclub gedaan te krijgen en te realiseren. Door sneeuw en ijs waren vluchten gecanceld en konden we niet op tijd op de tee staan.

Wrong ordering by a mistake
Thank You for a very good service, and quick process!
By mistake, I booked a flight on a wrong date, and I wanted to cancel it. Luckily I had used FLEX when ordering. I sent a request, and within 15 minutes I received an email confirming the cancellation!

Ein Bravo an den Kundendienst
Habe die App und mein Passwort vergessen. Versuche nun das 6. Mal ein neues Passwort zu setzen und jedes Mal kommt die Meldung dass Passwort und Email Adresse nicht übereinstimmen. Und das beim Zurücksetzen des Passwortes. Es nervt. Nachdem ich diese Bewertung geschrieben hatte kümmerte sich der Kundendienst von Leadingcourses in einer ausserordentlichen Art und Weise um mein Problem. Dies ist heute keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr und das rechne ich den Kundendienstmitarbeitern hoch an. Bravo

Wij speelden op 28 oktober jl op Mijas…
Wij speelden op 28 oktober jl op Mijas Golfclub, lus Los Olivia. Wij hadden aan Leadingcourses reeds € 342,61 voor 4 personen betaald. De baan en vooral de greens waren bedroevend slecht. Dat vonden ze bij Mijas Golf zelf ook want de Greenfee was daarom maar € 55,- .wij moesten maar contact opnemen met Leadingcourses want die wist ervan en moest ons het verschil terug betalen. Na thuis te zijn gekomen een mail hierover gestuurd maar total geen enkele reactie gehad! Zo slecht…….

Problemlose Buchung, problemlose Bezahlung per PayPal.
Das Team hat sich toll um uns gekümmert. Nachdem meine Frau sich nach der Buchung vor dem Urlaub verletzt hatte, konnte ich ohne Schwierigkeiten stornieren, und das Greenfee wurde sofort erstattet. als wir dann auf dem Golfplatz angekommen waren, war angeblich das Greenfee nicht bezahlt worden, was aber sich als Fehler des Golfclubs herausstellte. Das Team hat sich dann für uns mit dem Golfclub in Verbindung gesetzt und alles geklärt zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.
Absolut empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank noch mal an das Team!

Really love the app/Website and check out all new courses, before i decide where to play.

A Pandora's box for golf fans
Have had nothing but positive experiences with Leading Courses. When I stumbled across the website a couple of years ago it was exactly what I was looking for in finding courses to play in the areas I wanted to play and have been using it religiously ever since!

What they do is a shame
What they do is a shame. We booked a golf course with them and they did not communicate with the golf course. We paid on the day of our tee Time for golf and they tell us that we did not pay. A shame. They are now asking us to pay €100 because they saw that we had paid a part by credit card. But not the other part Ue we paid in cash (at the request of the golf). In short, a shame.

Hi François. We don't see any online tee time bookings in your account, so we assume you made a reservation (which is not the same as a booking) via our Customer Support team. If such a reservation is made, we always call the club directly to confirm the tee time. Please provide us with more information about this reservation, because we don't really understand your story.
Leadingcourses.com just use them!

I strongly recommend you be careful…
I strongly recommend you be careful doing business with this company! They have a problem with their web site booking system which returns dates the day BEFORE the date you enter. If you don't notice and book the wrong date they will do nothing and keep you money. Stay away from this company
07/05/2023 update: changed review to 3 and thank them for looking into their web site problem. Their first reaction was to state their policy and say in effect 'tough luck, no change possible and no refund'. Only after I contacted the course directly to find alternate time on different day, then proposing that to them, plus leaving a 1 start harsh review, did they respond by agreeing to make the change and then discovering they do indeed have a problem with the website - a "time zone issue"
At least it has been resolved with a reasonable compromise.
