Zoe and Mhairi were incredibly responsive, always available to answer our questions, jump on a call if needed, and guide us through every step with clear explanations and genuine care. Their professionalism and support gave us confidence from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, highly recommend!

Zoe has been absolutely unreal! When I initially contacted Zoe, within less than an hour she had me a decision principle, then within a few hours an approved lender/illustration and in less than two weeks a mortgage offer.

Zoe and Mhairi have been better in this processes than I could have ever asked for. Not only have they been extremely professional in everything they have done they have also been incredibly friendly and understanding making a stressful process easier to deal with. Our process took longer than expected but we weren't forgotten about and regular check ins still happened. When exchange and completion were finally arranged everything was sorted and in place promptly and the only issue we had (our error) was quickly resolved.
Overall they have exceeded every one of my expectations and been incredible to work with, I genuinely cannot thank them enough, I wouldn't hesitate to come back to them if needed in the future

As usual, both of them are very professional, meticulous and attentive to our needs. They ensure there is no delay in our application and support us throughout with clear communication. They are also very transparent with how they earn their fees (which they earn from the lender) and there is no hidden fees involve. Zoe, and latterly Mhairi, were very thorough throughout the entire application process. Zoe began the process with us and talked us through everything, keeping us right as we went along. She chased up when the lender was taking their time to get back to us, holding things up. She also always made time for us for phone calls, and was very responsive with emails. She made the entire process much less stressful, and would happily use her services again.
