I am a first time buyer so coming into the world of house buying was unnerving process for me. Zoe put my mind at ease from our initial call and spent lots of time walking over the process with me and letting me know all my options for securing a mortgage.

Since then the transaction has been super straight forward and smooth with her onside and both Zoe and Mhairi are faultless at getting back to me with any questions I have. Response times to any questions are usually within 1 working day maximum.

Obtaining the mortgage has been stress free and I would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a mortgage advisor.

I was a first time buyer and Zoe and Mhairi's were wonderful from start to finish. Answered my questions and provided very prompt support when I was facing delays in the conveyancing and needed a mortgage offer extension (ended up getting a better rate woohoo so I guess every cloud...).

If i could give 6 stars, I would. Zoe has been ever so helpful in my journey to complete my first mortgage. She has given me lots of guidance, and has always made sure to keep me in the loop of all things as well as responding my queries as soon as possible. I’ve heard many stories on first time buyers having troubles with their mortgages but with Zoe on my side, i didn't experience any troubles.

They say that 9 out of every 10 mortgages is pretty straight forward, while the final 10% really makes the advisor work - I was definitely the latter!
But Zoe was there to support throughout - absolutely sterling work - helpful & upbeat despite a whole host of setbacks over 4 or so months.
And then ably backed up by Mhairi!
