I've recommended lightsofscandinavia to all my friends and family. Their fast shipment, high-quality products, and excellent customer service make them the go-to for all my indoor lighting needs.

Terrible customer service, impossible to get a refund. Original order placed in December, tracking did not move for 4 weeks, although I was assured that everything was good. Finally, they apologized, gave me a new tracking number and I got my item 5 weeks after my original order. It came without a remote or any kind of instructions. AND it DID NOT TURN ON. I emailed multiple times requesting a replacement. They made me send multiple photos of the light and re-explain myself. Another month later I got a part to replace. This time with instructions, which we followed to the T. But the light still DID NOT TURN ON! Now 25 emails deep with the so called "customer service", I requested a refund. I received a response requesting another explanation and a detailed video of the light not working. I ended up calling my credit card company and reporting them. Apparently, I am not the only one. BUYER BEWARE.

I bought a 700$ light, came with broken bulb and when I contacted the customer service and 1 week later no answer. They do it pUrposely so you pass return deadlines.
Worst customer service.
I need to pay now the whole return budget for the light. Loss of money

Page is legit, but they are not from Scandinavia, they are from China, and over priced, you can buy the same product in Etsy for half of the price.

Never ever EVER buy anything from so-called Lights Of Scandinavia! I spent $340 on a light that took months to arrive. It was nothing like the photo - basically a stick with wires coming out of it. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and surprise, it costs as much to return as it does to buy it. This is a very elaborate scam.

This is a company using a Swedish address that's fake. The entire company is based in China and has no phone number.

I ordered two fixtures from Lights of Scandinavia (LoS). The description and product photos touted "nordic copper" and a high attention to detail. The fixtures are also priced in a way that gives the additional impression of luxury and quality. Their fixtures are nothing of the sort whatsoever.

After a month of waiting, one fixture arrived. It was the 10-head Rotor. The product was actually well-packed and padded, I'll give them that. The fixture received was cheap aluminum with plastic arms. Every single globe was scratched and etched from within. There are ABSOLUTELY NO instructions or even assembly photos included and LoS does not have PDFs of them available of their website. This could be an extreme deal breaker for some as there are quite a few mysterious parts included in this relatively simply light fixture. In the end, I'm left wondering what in the world some of these parts were for.

The second fixture, a three-head rotor is being returned to sender because, based on its larger sister fixture, it's probably a cheap piece of crap also.

After some searching after the fact, the exact same light fixtures are listed on Alibaba for $89. This is a far cry from the $560 paid for one. If you MUST have a fixture from LoS, do an image search and you'll find the same product for up to 80% less on Alibaba.

LoS is not a manufacturer in any way at all, they're merely listing items for sale on their site that they have drop shipped from South China.

Returns are a headache because they want you to ship the items back at your own expense to China. This could have been avoided if they'd just describe the items accurately—as cheap pieces of crap that are embarrassing and you wouldn't even put them up in a closet.

I paid over $700 Canadian dollars for something I should had paid $100, the quality is poor and is cheap cheap cheap looking, don’t get scammed

The products come from China and quality is shocking. The price tag gives you the impression you will receive a good quality product but its not the case.

My product arrived damaged after 1 month in shipment however they refused to refund or accept return.

Stay clear.

My wife ordered from these people and was told that the items were enroute. Between March & August, we never recieved anything and the tracking shipment never moved. Thank God for Paypal we got our money back after confirmation that the tracking number was BOGUS! Be warned!

Terrible customer service. Terrible quality product.

Ordered a $1200 light for my client (we're an electrical contractor). The light arrived broken.

Contacted customer support to receive a refund and instead they sent wires to rewire it which it still didn't work (and I'm an electrician!).

We had to fight really hard to get a refund and overall it was a terrible experience.

This company is based in China. if you get your product for excessive overprice compared to quality, you are lucky. One of my products arrived, but the parts of it were missing and never arrived. The other product never arrived, and the company is stating that they delivered it. They advised me to speak with my local post office. They said that they no longer had the control over the product. The product which arrived looks nothing like the product on the website. It is a shame that this company uses Scandinavian logo to sell poor quality products. I think that the marked should be controlled better. My advise is, do not purchase with this company.

If you think you are getting a deal, look elsewhere; they are selling the same Chinese light fixture found on AliExpress for three times the price. Once you pay for the item, say good buy to your money; no way of getting anything back,

After seeing some reviews after my purchase I must admit I was scared that I had been scammed.
Although it took a few months for the chandelier to arrive it did come within the designated time frame.
Unfortunately the chandelier did not come with assembly instructions and it took our electrician several hours to install.
The chandelier itself was very flimsy and not of a great quality and disappointing considering the price tag and given the lighting company name a big surprise to find out it came from China.
Despite all of this once the chandelier was installed I am overall satisfied with the light fitting.

Your order will take at least 6 weeks to come. My order got lost after 3 months, and they gave me a 20% discount to ship again.

They are a marketing company, not a design company. Don't be fooled by the website information. I asked a simple technical spec question, and they need to get the answer from manufacturer. And the answer was not matched to the product. Please note the product came with a one page Chinese installation guide. No spec.

They charged premier price but you probably can get the same/similar product at Amazon or other online stores with 1/3 or 1/4 price.

The shipped me with 220v lamps that are not suitable in US. They said they would send me the lamps, but never heard from them again.

Wife and I ordered from Lights of Scamdinavia in late November, but we did not receive the product until mid January. Much longer that what we were told when we originally ordered. We ordered 3 lamps from this company. What we rec'd was not at all what we saw on their website. Bait and switch.

I ordered the Europa chandelier. The fixture arrived within a few weeks. ( from China) It was relatively easy to install by two electrician friends.
It is exactly what I like to have above my dining room table. I had ordered the wrong bulbs with fixture so I ordered soft white later and they came also with a few weeks. I consider for the uniqueness of design and excellent service the price of fixture reasonable.

Great product - helpful staff--remote control a little different than we expected - but worth it!

Ordered in November. They generated a FAKE shipping history. If you track it through USPS, it stops tracking after "Label Created". It appears to be a total SCAM. 2 months later, I have nothing. BUYER BEWARE! If you read a positive review, it is most likely a fake.

Any company that advertises that they will respond to your inquiries in 72 hours and ignora several requests for info, doesn’t deserve my business. Such a simple task when no telephone number is available and no real people to talk to. I can’t trust my wife spending near US$2000 on a fixture. Period. I would rather spend US$3000 and know that if I have a problem, it can be resolved.

Buyer absolutely beware! Ordered a light at the end of October and finally received it the beginning of January. Paid over 500 dollars in US dollars for something that looks no more than 100 dollars. Extremely cheap design. Bulbs claim they are glass but look and feel like plastic. Design of bulbs ARE NOT as per the pictures and completely defective. Customer service was horrendous to deal with and only through email. You can’t actually call and talk to someone. You first start by someone named Jasmin and you wonder if she is even reading your emails. After about 2-3 emails you finally get someone who claims to be Jen who actually sounds like she knows what she is talking about. Return system is a complete joke and up to the customer. Was not happy with quality and defective product. It was going to cost me minimum 300 dollars Canadian to send back!!! So basically you are screwed either way even if what they send you is defective and doesn’t look like the picture on line. 💯 absolutely stay away from this company! You are not getting a product as per the picture and extremely poor and frustrating customer service.
