I've leased three cars from LingsCars now and each time I have found the customer experience to be transparent, helpful, friendly and top-notch. Response times on the online chat/help system are also impressive. I know people that have been put off from using Ling because of the crazy-looking website. Please don't be. If this is your first time leasing then everything is explained to you step-by-step.

A very easy process. I got the deal I wanted. The staff were incredibly informative and patient with all my questions. Updates were often and replies to my queries were very quick. Would deffo recommend.

Third time using this company and again the customer service was top class. They are able to source the car i wanted (colour/spec/trim) very quickly, at the right price point. The communications are fantastic, informed every step of the way and very responsive. Don't be put off by the crazy website, the people behind it are second to none. If you are wanting to lease a car I would recommend you look no further than Ling.

Communication with the team is excellent.

Both Lily and Guy have answered my questions and sourced me a car within my budget parameters.

I've been a customer of Lings for 14 years and just had my 5th car delivered. Always a pleasure to deal with and they have never let me down.

Have used Lingcars for over 10 years. They are a very progressive company and I have never had anything go wrong on any of the numerous vehicles over that time. They answer emails quickly and are always professional. Other lease companies ask you to pick a vehicle and then add all the extras. Lingcars list every car individually (fuel, engine size, trim etc), so you know the price instantly.
