If I could rate O I would. I paid a court reporter using the reporter website. They claimed they never got paid. But I received confirms from Link that I had paid. Called my bank and they said they did not get a request from Link to pay merchant. So I tried paying with my AE card. Took me all the way thru process including asking to identify me with a code. Then still would not process the withdrawal from AE. Spinning wheel of death is all I saw. I gave up. Awful experience.

The report costs 49.95 dollars

Unfortunately, I only get to check ridecheckinspections.com on trustpilot after I complete the purchase!

You write so nicely that I can claim my money, but your instructions on how to do it do not work, there are no options at all that you mention!

Review:
I have used this platform for some time to make various payments, until I had an issue with an insurance company that charged me £125. The next day, I contacted the platform to report the possible fraud.

Unfortunately, they were unable to provide any solution or assistance. It seems that the platform only facilitates payments and does not protect users in cases of fraud. It appears that the platform allows situations like this, enabling some clients to deceive others while they earn their commission.

I strongly recommend being very cautious when making payments through this service, as you could lose your money and receive no help at all.

My advice: always check who you are paying and do not fully rely on this platform to protect you in cases of fraud.

Final warning: Even if they respond to your review claiming you contacted support and that they will help, don’t waste your time. They won’t. They will say it’s their protocol and that they have done everything correctly, which is completely false. Don’t waste your time contacting support that won’t help you

FRAUD!

Just trying to order pet tags from Boomerang.com, but when order is complete, I discover all my personal and financial data has been ported to link.com!

When I go there to delete the account they created without my permission, they tell me they will retain my data for up to 120 days before deletion!

What will they do with my data until then???

Nach allem, was ich sonst hier lese, ärgere ich mich sehr, dass der Onlineshop Stripe und Link nutzt. In den AGB steht, dass sie die Zahlungsinfo an einen Bezahlservice weitergeben, aber nicht, dass ich mich da dauerhaft mit allen meinen Daten registrieren muss. Sehr gruselig.

Have no clue how Link got my information, and then sending me an email stating they (Link) have my financial information. Extremely invasive and troubling. Link is just another entity that forces itself between customer and retailer without authorization of the customer. Link's actions should be illegal. Fraudsters?

Just like many other reviews, I have received an email stating that I have a Link account, when I have never set one up. I had never even heard of Link before. Why does this happen? And why do this to people? It's unethical practice and is extremely worrying. It seems there is then no way to delete your account without signing in, which is worrying to do because I don't want to put even more of my personal details into something I never set up. I have no idea how it has my details. I want to know exactly how it has my details, how an account was supposedly set up and get it deleted without me having to disclose even more details. It's all really worrying and makes me worry a lot about fraud. Looking at all the many other reviews you have to wonder, why the hell are they allowed to continue operating in this way?? It's just not right.

Link are blocking legitimate transactions

I made a purchase on the WASO website and, magically, Link got involved and started sending me messages. I went to make another WASO purchase and the transaction was blocked by Link.

I had to perform some verification routine with Link which involved their wanting a copy of my passport or driving licence. I don't have a driving licence and there's no way I'm giving my passport data out to some random party on the web. I asked what else they
would accept and offered my DBS certificate. They did not want to know and just blocked my transaction.

All I want to do is buy Shrimp Gyoza from WASO and I need to show my passport? I don't think so. In the name of security they wish to jeopardise their customers security.

These guys are in restraint of trade and should be avoided by web vendors. How to reduce your internet sales.

someone is using my email address and number from this company

I got some emails from this company in the Philippines, billing me for something. I'm in the U.S. I went to their website and sent an email saying that someone gave them a fraudulent email address. They respond by sending me an email that my bill is past due.
Today I got a text from link with a confirmation code. So now someone is using my cell phone number too?
I went to their website, and it asks you to fill out a form to delete your info from their company but to do that, I have to give them my info. I don't trust that.
Also, if you look at their help page, someone asks why they are getting confirmation texts when they don't have an account, the answer is saying that they have an account. Do they not know how to read? It tells you to fill out a form to delete that account, and you have to put in all your info, including your bank info. Suspicious?

If this is a legit company, they need to clean up their act and stop allowing it to be used by criminals. But it looks like a big scam. Also, Link, stop spamming me!

J ai été forcée de passer par link en achetant un billet de soirée. Et impossible de supprimer mon compte . Votre parcours client m oblige à m inscrire sur le site car le process de suppression tourne en boucle est conduit à une inscription . Merci de me donner supprimer mes données bancaires sinon je vais dénoncer aux Services des Fraudes et à l ACPR et autres régulateurs qui régissent les certifications des sites de paiement.
