Reise vom Veranstalter storniert.
5200$ sollen nicht zurück Erstattet werden!

Ich habe über die Seite eine Reise gebucht, welche Ende Januar 2026 stattfinden sollte. Es ist alles bezahlt und das Geld auch bei liveaboard angekommen. Die Reise wurde bestätigt und mir schon Unterlagen zugeschickt. Daraufhin hab ich natürlich Flüge gebucht Tauchversicherung abgeschlossen etc.
Dann auf einmal Ende Dezember 2025, ein Monat vor Reisebeginn, bekomme ich eine Mail: "Die Reise wurde vom Veranstalter storniert, es finden keine Reisen des Veranstalters statt im Januar" (komisch das die offizielle Seite des Bootes was anderes sagt).
Und ab dem Moment war alles nur noch eine absolute Frechheit!
Zuerst wurde mir ein anderes Schiff angeboten, leider war nicht direkt klar, ob das Schiff schnorchler Forscher oder allgemein nicht Taucher an Board hat, (dies würde natürlich dem Erlebnis schaden, im Vergleich zu einem Boot rein belegt von Tauchern) noch bevor ich eine Antwort auf meine Fragen bekam, hieß es das Schiff sei jetzt leider doch schon ausgebucht.
Da es absolut nicht möglich ist für mich meine Urlaub mal eben so zu verschieben, gäbe es keine Alternativen mehr.
Nun gut, jetzt würde ich sagen, Geld zurück, doof gelaufen, kann passieren...
Allerdings kommt jetzt noch dir Krönung, das Geld wird mit aktuell nicht zurück gezahlt. Ich könne einem Gutschein haben über die Reisesumme und diesen auf der Seite frei einlösen ??? What ?
Außerdem wurde mir ein Schreiben für die Versicherung geschickt, was diese so auf keinen Fall akzeptieren würde (hab ich nicht eingereicht).
Hier wird also versucht, das ich entschädigt werde von meiner Versicherung und die Seite schön das von mir bezahlten Geld behalten kann.
Absolute Frechheit und meiner Meinung nach auch rechtswidrig.
Jetzt habe ich einen Anwalt eingeschaltet, der sich der Sache annehmen wird.
Das ist alles andere als ein Traumurlaub und ich kann jedem nur empfehlen, diese Seite zu meiden !!!

I went on two Blackbeard trips in 2025, I was blown away. The crews on each vessel are incredible. YOu are family, you are in good hands. They are professional and fun and exciting. From all woks of life, you will never be bored. The dive sites are incredible, the food is wonderful! I cannot recommend this trip enough, you will not be disappointed. CHEERS TO BLACKBEARD CREWS!

The boat is really nice and furnished to a high standard. The food was amazing and plentiful with Chef cooking eggs to your choosing every morning and pasta at lunchtime. There was a wide choice to suit everyone.
The crew couldn't do enough for us and helped to ensure we had a really enjoyable stay.
The dive director and guides were really knowledgeable and helpful. They did their best to ensure we got to see as much wildlife as possible.
A fantastic week of diving, eating and socialising.... really enjoyed it.

Liveaboard.com siempre nos ha ofrecido fantásticas experiencias, con un excelente servicio y atención muy profesional. En esta oportunidad tomamos el crucero de 5 dias en el Spirit of Freedom en Australia.
El viaje entero fue una gran experiencia, desde el inicio con el vuelo escénico de Cairns a Lizard Island hasta el regreso a Cairns. Tuvimos mucha suerte con el clima así que pudimos recorrer los arrecifes mas remotos del Mar de Coral (Osprey, Bougainville e incluso Holmes!). Los buceos fueron todos excelentes, y en Holmes Reef pudimos experimentar una visibilidad como nunca habíamos tenido en buceos marinos, con mas de 70mt de vision clara.
Toda la operación fue muy profesional y amable, un reconocimiento especial para Fernanda, nuestra Dive Master habitual, genial.
Muy bien las comidas y la comodidad de la cabina y del barco en general, quizás podrían considerar la provision de toallas para el deck en lugar de que cada cual tenga que llevar la suya.
Los sitios de buceo, siendo todos tan remotos, estaban en perfecta condición y la fauna abundante en todo momento. La pasamos super bien en todo momento

My experience with LiveAboard has always been excellent. I have booked two liveaboards with them and am in the process of booking again. If you are returning customer, they offer a small discount. They are very thorough and make sure that you have everything prepared/completed before you depart. Sometimes, the liveaboards require special health reports, etc that they helped us prepare. I have called them a few times and the staff has always been very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Very professional service, reply very quickly, easy to book website, contact always about all information required for travelling abroad and all the needed travel document, and about the medical issues in the country. many liveaboard destinations all over the word. very helpfull, when you need to contact by phone. i booked several times, and i am always very satisfied. just to suggest to all travellers.

A huge thank you to Mattel, Masai, Shakko and Baichu the dive guides. Fantastic and knowledgable. The other staff very good service. The diving was incredible but I did rain, a lot, we were getting wet anyway. Great trip.

Easy to book and everything when as expected

I booked a trip to the Galapagos through Liveaboard and they communicated promptly on any queries. It was an efficient process. The agents responded within 24 hours and all the links worked as they should. The platform is easy to use to search for the sailing dates that work for your itinerary. . We’ve had a wonderful trip in Thailand with the best crew you can imagine They spoiled us the whole week and the dive masters really looked how to dive with us. We like to dive easily and make photos and that’s what they gave us. We were surprised how good the coral was and how much fish there is in the national park. So we recommend this trip for sure.
