THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! ordered some acrylic markers on November the 2nd. I paid for priority handling!!! After reading the other recent negative reviews I’m starting to think I got scammed. I would like a full refund on the product order #61368 and to make sure I dont get charged a membership fee I never agreed on. I will be following up on this and I will contact whoever I need to so this company can’t Scam people like this anymore. This company should be shut down!

If I could give negative stars I would. I purchased a knife set and almost three months later have not received a shipping confirmation or refund as promised. Also when you order they sign you up for a membership that is not disclosed. I’ve tried three different times to cancel. Receive no official notification of cancellation. I would advise this is a scam website and avoid at all costs.

Disappointed

I ordered the hair trimmer in September and never received it even with paying for priority shipping. I also have been charged a membership charge multiple times even after filling out the form to cancel my membership on the website. Still have not received my product and continue to get extra charges.

Wish I could give it a zero

Wish I could give it a zero! I ordered erasable pens (order #57026) on Sept 19th - paid for shipping protection and priority processing! Spent 27.97 (they were buy one get one) and never got them, the site give no information even though there is a link- AND they are charging me EVERY month! It’s a a HUGE SCAM! I am not a happy camper at all! I WANT MY REFUNDS FOR EVERYTHING!!

I too ordered acrylic markers on October 23rd (order #60277) have gotten no updates but a run around asking for 2 more weeks. In the meantime I was charged $29.99 on 11/4 for a subscription I didn’t agree to and they then tried to charge me again last week. I am fed up and want my $39.98 and the 29.99 refunded immediately. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a scam!

****Beware This Place is Still a Scam!! This is my second review.

This is my second review because they didn't do what they said they were going to in the reply to my first review.. On 9/5/25 I placed order #53605.
In the reply I received from Lndmarkclub they stated they refunded me for all charges to my account but that was a lie. They did refund me for the merchandise I never received $39.96 and for one of the $29.99 charges for the membership I never agreed to, but they did not refund me for the second $29.99 charge like they said they did. I knew it was too good to be true. Please don't order anything from this place because it's a total scam. I have emailed them again with no response (no suprise there) and tried calling and the phone # is still disconnected. What a total s**t place. They can't keep their word about anything. I even filed a dispute with my credit card and they are not responding to them either. Still missing $29.99 refund and I will keep writing bad reviews until I get my money back

They are thieves! I ordered acrylic markers on November 4, 2025. It is now December 5, 2025. I have called your number automatically says leave a message they’ll get back to us. I’ve sent emails after emails! They take your money you get nothing scam! I paid extra for priority processing! I paid extra for shipping protection! Almost $30 down the drain! It was exactly $27.97
 My order number if they ever reach out to 61563
 Getting ready to dispute this with my bank and blast this business everywhere! You should be ashamed of yourself especially before the holidays stealing people’s money like this! That’s OK because guess what you reap what you sow karma will come back!

Definitely poor service/scam

Definitely poor service/scam. I placed an order I think on 11/13 or 11/14. Can't remember at this point since it was three weeks ago and I never received a order confirmation email till this day with order date and order number, tracking number, literally anything. Still haven't received my order either and then to top that off, I get bill $29.99 for a membership I didn't sign up for. Left a message and sent a inquiry and heard back from Lena through the inquiry that apparently you have 12 days to cancel your trial before getting enrolled into the membership but I didnt know that since I haven't received any emails saying I was enrolled in a free trial but my issue still isnt resolved as it takes Lena 2 1/2 days to respond. I want my $29.99 and my $46.53 refunded and no, I dont have a order number to provide because your company didn't send me any proof of my purchase. Check your follow up messages Lena, as I responded this morning providing you all I can for you to attempt to locate my order for my refunds. In 3 weeks, you gotten almost $80 from me and I've gotten literally nothing from you. Not even a order confirmation email!

UPDATE: funny how the response said I should have never been told to wait, when the person responding was the same person who told me to wait!!!!
I would rate this company at 0 stars if I could. I tried ordering a knife set order #62640 and for a while just said it was confirmed. I reached out to figure out what was going on and kept getting told that the order had shipped but the shipping company still had not given the shipping details. I was asked to wait a few more weeks for shipping confirmation. I replied that no I just wanted to cancel my order and get a refund since their website says orders ship in 1-2 business days. I was told the order would be cancelled and I would receive a refund. When I went to the website it shows I have no orders now, but wondering if they will try screwing me over. Now I've been trying to get a hold of them to figure out when this will be refunded and told them I was going to be reporting for fraud. We will see if I get a refund or not. Has anyone actually received this "refund" yet. I see a lot of responses from the company saying they will be refunded but no follow up response if it actually is

SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I ordered some acrylic markers on November the 22nd. I paid for priority handling and emailed customer service to see if I could get an update. I haven’t heard back and after reading the other recent negative reviews I’m starting to think I got scammed. I would rate Lndmark Club a zero but it isn’t an option. I found this “business” through Instagram and bought some acrylic paint markers that never arrived. I called and left a message, no reply. I was able to send an email and I received a response from Lena in Customer Support that my order was on the way but they wouldn’t have a tracking # for me for a few weeks due to the holiday season. I responded back that I was reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Today I looked at my bank account and see an unauthorized charge of $29.99 so I had to cancel my debit card plus dispute the first charge, since it never reached me. This place is a TOTAL SCAM!

I wish I could give it a negative 5. If I had known that my order was a scam I wouldn't have ever placed it. I bought a set of knives advertised as good and paid for insured shipping and rush shipping for order #58469. I placed this order 2 months ago and still haven't received it. At this point, I'd like my money back. And for this company to cease and stop trying to charge my card $29.99. I never signed up for a membership, so I shouldn't be charged for one. This company is a SCAM, and any product being sold by them is fake!!! Please give me my money back and stop trying to charge my card every month!

Sending a generic email about this order without any tracking information doesn't make your business valid, It only makes it look worse.

Lndmark is a SCAM! I ordered a Hair Trimmer through Facebook or Instagram. I oder from this scam company in July 28th, it's now November! when i clicked to try to track my oder it says Expired.

Your package was in transportation period for a long time still has no delivered results. General explanation:

1.At a certain stage during transportation, the carrier has not updated the tracking information due to the high volume of postage.
2.The carrier was omitted to enter the tracking information.
3.Your package may have been lost during the transportation period. My Oder#47685 someone need to come in whoop yall asses scamming people.

Different banks use their own internal systems to flag certain online transactions, and sometimes they decline a purchase out of caution, but since it never went through, there’s nothing further you need to worry about on your end.

Cancelled my order when I found out


Cancelled my order when I found out about the monthly charge. I cancelled my order and the club. A few days later they charged me $29.99. I have been trying to get this refunded and still waiting. Total Scam!!

I’m truly sorry you’ve had to deal with this, especially after you already canceled your order and the membership. That should not have happened. I’ve gone ahead and taken care of this for you right away.

I’ve refunded the $29.99 charge in full, and your Lndmark Rewards membership is now fully canceled, so you won’t see any future charges from us. You’ll see the refund return to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
