Like so many people I too have gotten scammed
luckily it is only $20 but still it’s the principle of it all. I got no tracking order and it’s been daaaaysss. That’s when I knew something was fishy. As much as I’d love to get my money back I know I won’t like many people have said. Everyone do yourself a favor if you’re going to order anything online don’t be fooled by the amazing sales. Make sure you do your research.

Never got my order and I don’t have a receipt

Ordered a set of erasable gel pens through an ad on FB. It said something like buy one get one free. Never received my order!! Now I don’t have a receipt or anything to prove that I purchased it. Seeing other people on here going through the same thing. It’s a scam!!!!

If a negative star was possible I'd use it.
I ordered a 5-in-1 slicer from a social media ad for $29.95 in August, 2025. I was charged again in September. I emailed this "company " and I was told that the second charge was for a membership.
I never signed up for a membership and told them that. They said they would get with their fulfillment team to get this resolved.
In the meantime, they offered a special gift code for a future order. Ha!
It is now November and still no refund and no product.

Horrible company, I ordered the leaf blower that was only supposed to be a ONE TIME PAYMENT in September. I have not received any leaf blower and they are now billing my card on a monthly basis for a "membership" I never agreed to. Complete scam.

It is a scam

It is a scam. I placed an order 5 weeks ago for a small article from an ad that was on Facebook, and I never received my order and 2 weeks later I was also charged 29.99 dollars for a “membership” for that company that I never subscribed too. I emailed the company several times about it asking for a full refund of the order and the membership fees, I initially received answers saying my order was “on the way” but no tracking number available and I also didn’t get any refund for the membership fees that were charged without my approval, and no more answers since then despite several emails I sent again. I just called now the number on the website and it is “disconnected temporary”. Do not order anything from this company, it is a scam . This company needs to be reported and shutdown. Some people wrote complaints with their order number and were told they would get a refund so I will do the same here:
To Lndmark club: order 58026. Refund the price of the item that I never received and those fraudulent membership fees I never signed up for.

This is a scam

This is a scam. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a styling brush for 19.99 and they sent me an email saying my downloads were ready. A download of a picture of a brush. Never received a brush. This was in July. I've also been getting charged 29.99 every month, from reading these reviews I guess that's for some membership I never wanted to sign up for. Never ordering from them again. Order 47502.

I'd give zero stars if that was an


I'd give zero stars if that was an option. The product was never delivered, I was charged $19.98. Then I was charged twice at $29.99 for a "subscription" that I never agreed to purchase. They refunded one "membership" fee of $29.99. They keep playing a game of saying the rest is in "review" and to wait "5-7 days". I waited the 5-7 days, Lena said they needed more time and would get back to me. FOUR WEEKS LATER, still no refund.

SCAM AND RIPOFF ARTISTS

I am yet another customer who has been ripped off by this company. I got some paint pens for my daughter, sister, and niece for the holidays and after seeing on the site when I placed the order that it would be shipped out in 1-2 business days (i have the screenshot to verify) i still after 3 weeks have not only not recieved the package but also it still hasn't even been shipped or prepared for shipping. I contacted the company and was asked to give them another two weeks. I told them I wanted a valid tracking number or a refund. This company is a joke. Their business practices are horrible and they don't even post accurate information.

Needs to be out of business!

Man I wish I had read these reviews before trying to purchase something from this site! I have the same story as many others. Purchased one small item from an ad on social media, haven’t heard from them in weeks, then got a charge for $29.99 on my next credit card bill for I subscription to something I never signed up for. I’ve contacted their customer service via email (the phone number given isn’t even valid), so hopefully I hear back. It looks like somebody else was able to get a response on here by giving their order number so I’ll try:
Lndmrk: cancel my order #59539 and the subscription to whatever your scam club is, and give me a full refund for the item and the unauthorized credit card charge.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

Would have given a 0 if it was available. I ordered a 15 dollar item off social media. After 6 weeks I still hadn't received the item i contacted them and they told me to give them 2 more weeks. After reaching them I figured out they were taking out 29.99 a month for a membership fee I never signed up for. I contacted them again and demanded refunds. I contacted my bank and filed a dispute. I finally received the refund for the item ordered but they refuse to refund the nearly $60.00 in membership fees. This company should not be allowed to keep ripping off people in this way. I hope this review helps prevent someone else in the future from being scammed like I was.

I do not even want to give this place a 1 star I want to give them MINUS 10 star.. They are a joke, horrible customer service, can never talk to anyone it's only through email and that is even a joke.. I ASKED MULTIABLE TIME FOR MY MONEY BACK.. Said that I have to wait and refused item that has been shipped but could never give me a tracking number.. I call BULLCRAP and SCAMMER... That is saying it nicely.......... Then did not know when you order something they charge you in 7 days a membership fee that I never agree to.... Now card is cancel and I am disputing the charges and they need to be stopped........

I have now been waiting over a month


I have now been waiting over a month for my order. No tracking number apparently and continuous emails saying its in transit and with a courier. I asked for a refund considering this seems like I got scammed as well as many other people!! Im not happy! This was meant as a gift.
