I would give it zero stars

I would give it zero stars. This company is a scam. I requested refund for a $30 membership charge and my $41 in products I did not receive. And keep getting excuses.

It's a scam

It's a scam! Please do not order from them! I ordered a trimmer on January 11th, I got an email confirming I ordered it but no order number no price no confirmation date nothing very generic.Then in my spam folder there it was Order#65757. I was patient I wanted to see what would come from it. Well I have never gotten my trimmer and I have been charged a 29.99 membership fee (which I know now what that is from reading all of your reviews) but the email I have has no phone number for me to call! I will try to go to the website hopefully they have a website... that you all have said that you were able to email! I need this membership fee and this charge for my trimmer taken off of my account! I don't even care if I get the trimmer anymore! I just want my money back

Your a company that scams people I did


Your a company that scams people I did not authorize you to take money for a membership. I have reported this to police. Now I understand why you’re not refunding me for the item I ordered. My question is how did you get my account info. Regardless keep the the $19.99 I’ll deal with the fraud department. People do not order from them no such company.

First, to answer your question: we do not access or store anyone’s bank account information. Payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment provider at checkout, using the information a customer enters at the time of purchase. At no point do we have visibility into or access to your banking credentials.

Regarding the membership charges, since you did not authorize or intend to keep a membership and have reported this as fraud, I have immediately canceled the membership and issued full refunds for all membership charges on your account. There will be no further charges from us going forward.

I understand you indicated you are not requesting a refund for the original $19.99 item, and I have respected that request.

Illegal Membership Fees

I purchased a single item from these people for 19.99 and they signed me up for a "membership". They have been billing me 29.99 per month since with out a single benefit. Fraud!

Update: 2/4/2026

Contrary to what these people wrote on 1/21/2026 no refund has been received by my credit card company.

Grater=great, subscription = BS

I love my cheese grater, but did not agree to monthly subscription. I have called 2 times and emailed 2 times. My bank says its a fraudulent charge. I want my money for the subscription back. It has been 5 months. One freakin expensive cheese grater.

Scam company!!! Product not received and they initiate unauthorized charges!

I ordered a split end trimmer on 12/27/26 and still have not received it nor gotten any tracking information. Order number is 65391. On 1/8/26, I noticed another charge for $29.99. I did not order anything else. I attempted to call the company for an explanation. I was prompted to leave a message since all associates were busy, which I did. I never received a call back. This company is a scam do not order from them!

Lndmark club is a scam! Don’t buy anything!

This company is zero stars but it would not let me put that. They are definitely a scam. I ordered gel pens and they never sent the product and they also put my under a prescription that I did not order. Their customer service is terrible. They do answer my emai but, they just keep saying they will try to fix it get me the gel pens or try to get my refund. Still no satisfaction.

COMPANY IS A SCAM!!

COMPANY IS A SCAM!!
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! ordered two cheese graters in August of 2025. I never received anything from them. I started email in September and all they would tell me was the order was processed. I canceled the order and never received a refund then I see that they have charged me a monthly fee over the last several months! After reading the other recent negative reviews I’m starting to think I got scammed. I would like a full refund on the product order #52523 and to make sure I dont get charge a membership fee I never agreed on. I will be following up on this and I will contact whoever I need to so this company can’t Scam people like this anymore. This company should be shut down

If I could give a negative 1000 star review, I would!! This company is a SCAM! It took over a month to even receive the product with order #46098, and then I found unexpected fees in my statements! There were even two charges of 29.99 in 1 month! Never was there an agreement to pay any type of membership fees. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! REFUND MY CHARGES IMMEDIATELY!!

Do not order anything from them

Do not order anything from them! I emailed them initially after 2 weeks to see what’s going on because I didn’t received any notice of shipping or any updates on my order. The email assured me they’d send me an email as soon as it shipped. It’s been over a month now and still nothing. I emailed them over a week ago to ask what’s going on and no response. So I decided to email them again about a refund and still nothing response. I had also got 2 charges on top of the initial purchase from them for a membership I never signed up for. I had read another review that the person had pretty much the same experience as me. My order number is #64345 if anyone from lndmarkclub.com reads my message and want to straighten my problem out.

I ordered some pens

I ordered some pens. That was the 30th of November. I also got charged for the membership which was refunded to me but I still haven’t received my order or gotten the money back. Customer support has been emailing me here and there but never got a confirmation that my package was shipped. She told me it’s in transit. That was over 2 weeks ago.

Scam

This company is a scam and should not be trusted. I will be reporting the company as a scam to FTC as well as disputing charges for the product which I never received as well as the membership which I didn't sign up for. I would not be surprised if they also sell information of their users without their consent. If the Lndmark scum find this post and find the decency to give me full refunds for both charges, my order number is #64766.

This website is a scam

I ordered a split end trimmer November 28th and shipping was supposed to be five to seven business days. I still have not received a shipping confirmation or tracking number or anything. The customer service person Lena was very helpful and responsive at first, but after a few weeks with no shipping confirmation I said I wanted a refund and she said five to seven business days. Well now it's been like eight business days and I still haven't gotten my refund and I've sent her two emails within the last 2 to 3 days asking where my refund is and now she's just not responding to me. I feel like this website is a huge scam!! I'm very upset because the split end trimmer was supposed to be a Christmas gift and I couldn't even get the money back from it to get something else. Be very wary of this website....

This website is a SCAM! They charge you a subscription fee, never send you the item and months and months go by with excuse after excuse, promise after promise. Someone needs to take this website down! I am beyond angered by these selfish assholes. Stealing from the poor is an all time low! Just give me my money back, this was meant to be a Christmas gift!

You know it’s F-ed up if I’m leaving a review

I am not one to leave reviews good. bad or otherwise. But after 3 months and a horrid year in general, I can’t stay silent and let Lndmarkclub keep stealing peoples hard earned money.

Just like every other review I have read
.on October 16th I ordered 2 sets of the acrylic markers (buy one get one “deal”) Was charged the $29.99 unasked for membership fee (which I was able to get refunded by disputing with my bank)

Still NO markers.

I was able to speak with someone via email in October but all they say is it’s extremely delayed. I too paid priority shipping.

Trying to give This company a final chance I even typed my order ID into their website. NO TRACKING FOUND. Cannot provide tracking on orders not shipped
..so that tells me they never intended to even ATTEMPT to fulfill my order.

The sad part
.id still really like to get the product I paid for buuuuut seeing how the response is to immediately refund everything after a bad review tells me it was probably NEVER getting sent in the first place.

I’d like my money back as well. I sent an email but I’m leaving this to so others don’t fall for this terrible scam.

I’m truly sorry for the experience you’ve had, after waiting three months without receiving your order, you have every right to be upset. That is not the experience we want anyone to have, and I appreciate you giving us the opportunity to address this directly.

I’ve reviewed your order (#59438), and since the acrylic markers were never shipped and no tracking was ever generated, I’ve gone ahead and processed a full refund for your entire order, including the priority shipping you paid for. You should see the refund reflected back to your original payment method once your bank finishes processing it.

I can also confirm that there is no active membership on your account, so you will not receive any future charges.
