!!!SCAM ALERT!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
I ordered a split end trimmer on 10/22 (ORDER#60055) The trimmer is priced at $14.99, but was charged $22.93. I received 1 email to confirm my order, but not a word since! Now only 8 days later, my card has been charged for another $29.99!! I AM FURIOUS to say the least! I've emailed support requesting a full refund immediately for the total of $52.92 with no response! This company is trash!

Placed an order on October 1st and no shipment by October 15. I sent an email and someone named "Lena" did get back to me and has been in communication with me. However I believe this to be a scam because "Lena" keeps telling me "the shipment is in the process". 2 weeks after the first email there was still no shipment and was told the same thing: "its in the process" and then asked to wait 2 more weeks.
I asked why I should wait the 2 weeks instead of get my refund and was given a reason and just had a copy and paste message from "Lena".
I said I would be willing to wait if I get the product but again, WHY should I wait? And I was again given the copy and paste message.

Save yourself the hassle and AVOID Lndmark

This company has been charging my


This company has been charging my husband's account since July 2025 for a product that we've never received, Order #46508 (for a total of 3 months).

The cost initially started at $19.99 and has increased over the course of the months to $29.99 for "products" we've never received.

The charge is disguised as a "membership," and we ordered a leaf blower - a product that never arrived. The leaf blower has been in shipping transit since July 2025 and is showing as" On its way Sep 10."

This company needs to be shut down immediately for scamming customers. We have submitted complaints to the Better Business Bureau and the office of Consumer Affairs.

Regarding the recurring charges, those are tied to the Lndmark Rewards membership that began with your original purchase. The membership provides access to wholesale pricing on all products plus exclusive discounts on over 1 million ways to eat, play, shop, and travel. It starts with a 12-day free trial and renews monthly at $29.99 unless canceled.

That said, I understand you did not intend to keep the membership. I’ve gone ahead and canceled it, effective immediately, so there will be no further charges. I’ve also refunded all membership charges since July, and the refund should appear back to your husband’s original payment method within 3–5 business days.

You’re all set, no more billing will occur moving forward.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Avoid this company at all costs. Ordered the cheese grater, then less than 2 weeks later I get charged $29.99, which was not the price of the cheese grater. After multiple messages sent to them I am told when you order from them you get a 12 day trial of their membership and then charged $29.99 a month after the 12 days. Say what?!? I never agreed to any membership. The person who replied to my message told me 3 separate times that this membership allows you access to their ‘wholesale’ prices. I have demanded several times I wanted my membership cancelled, my $29.99 membership fee refunded and also a refund for the stupid cheese grater that hasn’t even shipped yet. Only response I’ve gotten is they have cancelled the membership so no more fees will be taken but never acknowledged my request for the refunds. I will be filing charges for the money owed me.

This is a scam at its finest! Stay clear!

Placed order for handheld blower


Placed order for handheld blower through a facebook ad. Had unchecked the selections for expedited order and shipping insurance. When I placed order the two selections were automaticly rechecked and I was charged for them also. Reached out to customer service and was assured with a quick respone they would look into my order and send me shipping info. That was five days ago and no response since. Company is registered to a local residential address at 1621 Lois Dr, Shoreview MN 55126. Just under 4 miles away so I will be visiting them.

If I could give them less than one star


If I could give them less than one star I would. I bought a cheese grater in May, paid for expedited shipping never received my grater. Contacted them and they gave me the runaround. Wanted to offer me a percentage back gave me a tracking number that when I tried to use it, I had to pay for the service which I didn’t do. They’ve been running me around for months then come to find out I’m in a subscription service that I didn’t sign up for at 29.99 a month. Stay far away from this company.

Lndmark is a SCAM

Lndmark is a SCAM! I ordered a Hair Trimmer through Facebook. The emailed customer service is quick to respond with no real updates other than saying more time is needed in order to provide the tracking number.

The Customer Service lady named Lena said “ when you place an order with us, it automatically starts a 12-day free trial of the Lndmark Rewards VIP Membership. After the trial, the membership transitions into a monthly $29.99 USD subscription unless canceled.”

I immediately requested this membership be cancelled. Lena responded asking for order number and then no response/action on cancelling this membership!! Then Lndmark attempted to charge me 2-more times after I requested this cancellation! Lndmark is a SCAM!!!!

UPDATE- I received a response for membership cancellation and refund on one of the double charges of $29.99; waiting for them to process to verify if it’s legit and waiting for refund on second charge of $29.99. Nothing mentioned about the actual order being processed or shipped

This place so far has been a scam

This place so far has been a scam. Placed an order via Instagram weeks ago, paid extra for expedited shipping. Item never arrived, reached out to customer service and keep getting very obtuse excuses about transit issues, etc. Nevrr once have u been given a tracking number as it seems they have no clue where my order is. I’ve asked for a refund for couple weeks now, and all I keep getting in response is bs excuses. Avoid them, they are not honorable.
