they keep charging my credit card even


They keep charging my credit card even though I cancelled my credit card and got a new one! Hard to contact! Will not call me back! This company is a scam!!!! I cancelled my so-called membership (which I did not agree to) last month, and they still charged me today. I called and emailed, and they will not respond!

FRAUD - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

THIS IS A SCAM!!!! This so called company needs to be shut down immediately!! I ordered one item and now have a membership????? I NEVER signed up for a membership to ANYTHING!!! This is unacceptable and a complete FRAUD!!!!

I will also file a report with the Better Business Bureau- this must stop!

I want my $150 refunded immediately and my subscription or membership or whatever it is that I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY

Total scam

I ordered two packs of erasable gel pens on September 17 for 19.99. I was then charged 29.99 a week later. I still have not received the pens I ordered nor have I gotten an email even saying they were shipped. I was looking forward to gifting them to a friend for her birthday. Now I don’t have the pens and I’ve been scammed out of $50. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

I ordered the gel pens over a month


I ordered the gel pens over a month ago. I received a confirmation email, but I have not heard anything about them shipping. I keep getting the same email response when I try and contact them. I going to cancel my order. It sucks because I work with special needs children and wanted to use these with them.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM !!!

This company never shipped the product I ordered after waiting a full month for it. Would not allow me to cancel my order. The best part of this is, they started to charge my credit card for orders I never placed. When I emailed them, I kept getting the same automated message. You order is being shipped. Would not respond to all the extra charges to my credit card. Had to get my credit card company involved to get my money back. I would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

SCAM-DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

First, let me say, if I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order on 8/29/25 and to this day I haven't received it. I tried to speak to someone because the website says customer service is available 24/7. No matter what time I call I always get a message that says they are busy. I did email asking for the status of my order after several weeks. I got a response from Lena who just kept saying, I'll give you a discount on your next order, give us two weeks and I'll tell you where your order is. But to this day, I have not heard anything about where my order is in the fulfillment process. Also, I got charged $30 for a "membership" that I did NOT approve. I did not see anything about being charged for a membership when I placed my order. I asked for it to be canceled, was told that it was canceled but I saw another charge on my account again yesterday. Under no circumstance, should you order from this company. You will NOT get your order, you will NOT be able to talk to anybody about it and you will NEVER be told where your order is in the fulfillment process. Additionally, you will get scammed out of $30 a month until you notice it or your bank blocks the transactions. Luckily, I saw the charges right away but it sounds like many people didn't notice have been charged thirty dollars a month for several months. i wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered from this company.

Same as everyone else. I ordered these cheese graters which were horrible. I tried one from the first order,AFTER it took 2.5 months to get them. When the other 2 came I just threw them away in the trash. No one picks up the phone. Their lines are always busy. For 6 .months I've been trying to find out who they are. There's no reason ANY company should treat customers this horribly

Ordered 2 sets of pens on September 17th. Here it is a month later and I have no pens but have to tell my bank every week not to allow some scam charge for a membership to be authorized. Wish I never ordered from this company.

Bee keeper movie

This is a criminal organization plain and simple. It really kind of reminds me of the beekeeper movie where these people are just stealing people’s money. So far I have paid $110 for a 19.99 item that I don’t know if we ever received. After the 1st monthly charge we left a voicemail to cancel but I don’t think anyone called back. I have left another voicemail today.

Never got product

On September 2nd I ordered a handheld blower and have never received it nor can I find an address and phone number to contact anyone or track it. . My debit card was charged and I just got an alert from my bank that I was recharged double the other day! What a scam! Someone needs to contact me asap !!!also, was informed by my bank I was charged 42.00for a membership I never signed up for.

Such a weird company. I ordered erasable pens september 15th. I was charged but never got an order confirmation. i emailed them and no response. Now i’m concerned to get a membership fee because of what i’m reading on these reviews.

SCAM AND FRAUD

Holy shit
This company is a whole fraud and scam
You will never receive your order and plus they will automatically charged you for a membership that you didnt even signed up for! Good job scammers! 👏🏌 You can't even make a claim or refund since they have "proof" that you subscribed to their membership. When you ordered their product, it automatically signs you up for it.
Now I need to get a new card so that this company will never have a single penny from my bank again.

I cannot get this company to reply

I cannot get this company to reply. They charged me for express or expedited packing. It’s been almost 3 weeks. They won’t respond and luckily I use a prepay card for things like this and they can’t charge me. They have tried 2 times since.

The extra charge you mentioned would be for shipping protection ($3.99) and priority processing ($3.99), which covers expedited handling, insurance, and priority support if any issues come up. That said, since it’s been nearly three weeks with no update, I’ve gone ahead and refunded your entire order, as well as the shipping protection and priority processing fees. You’ll see those funds return to your card within 3–5 business days, depending on your card issuer.

You won’t be charged again, and no further attempts will be made on your prepaid card.

What an absolutely disgusting company. Like all others have stated, bought an item I was interested in. Hasn’t even received confirmation that it has delivered, and then 2 weeks later I got charged with $29.99USD. No update on the stock of the item, whether it will be delivered, estimated time of delivery - nothing. Clearly this is a scam. Order #57629. Run away!

This is a horrible company!!!!!!!! I have hated every point

This is a horrible company. I noticed an extra charge on my account for a charge that I did not authorize and my bank immediately caught it. I reached out to the company via phone and email and every time I try to call their lines are busy and they take forever to reply to email. I have not received my product or a tracking number. My account is locked until I can resolve the problem and they are taking their sweet time to respond to my complaints via email or phone. I would like to speak to a live agent but at this point I don’t think there is a live representative.

So much like all the complaints posted here; ordered a cheese grater, never received it, emailed tracing my order, got the "so sorry answer delayed" email. Saw on credit card statement being charged for club membership that I did not authorize , tried to cancel but cannot talk to a live person. Somehow or some way this company has stolen money out of my account every month since December 2024. Unfortunately, I didn't catch it before but I've tried addressing the situation and it seems as though no one cares. For starters, I never ordered anything through this company. I've tried calling and nobody has gotten back with me. Regardless, I will be filing a lawsuit because this whole situation has put me out so much over the months and I haven't been able to stop the withdrawals because of some order and membership that i never authorized magically appeared out of thin air!
