This is fraud I never got anything from them not even email with order it’s been since August I’m getting charged and I can’t even find order number 30 dollar charged twice in same month 15 dollars in August I want my money back this is ridiculous and you can’t even get in touch with anyone they are so conveniently busy with other customers so u have no choice but to leave voicemail it’s bull

Wouldn’t bother with giving one star if


Wouldn’t bother with giving one star if it were an option. I have been going back and forth for 5-6 months with claims they’ve canceled the membership (after never receiving my order) and they still continue to charge 30 bucks each month. At this point I don’t care about the order and more about a refund for every month I was charged. So if you’re looking to purchase anything from them, DONT DO IT. It is absolutely a scam.

Cheese grater defective membership scam

Ordered cheese grater and never worked. The handle would fall off. Tried to contact to return and no way to get in touch. Recording on phone number I called. They kept charging me a membership fee on my credit card. I was never aware of joining a club. This is a scam -do not order from this company

I have had the exact same thing happen to me behind these erasable BOGO PENS. Lena the customer service rep replies that it’s in the process of being shipped and offers a 20 dollar discount off the next purchase there will be no next purchase you all a fraudulent and I think at this point need to be shut down

Scammed out of my last dime and I'm at a loss

I have reached out many times since I placed my order in June for a hair tool and never recieved the item. Then I was unable to block the charges for the unwanted membership you scammed me for these past months. Everytkme I send an email I recieve back an auto generated reply that does nothing to confirm any action being taken to refund this money.

I'm now unable to send emails which tells me I have been blocked. Now I look on today and I was charged again. Thats four months of 29.99 along with the 14 dollar item I never recieved plus shipping cost.

At this point im desperately trying to get some resolution to this issue.

"I intended to email you this morning to request a status on a recent order for a food shredder. When I pulled up my email to search for lndmark I found that last November I had order a food shredder from you as well.

Last November I placed an order and the order was not fulfilled for over 2.5 months. I had sent you about 5 emails during that time requesting status and received no response. The food shredder did arrive and it was a complete knock off. Super cheap and didn’t even have the same design as what was advertised. There is no way any could ever sell what I was shipped. It was like the product was designed and built specifically for it to be a scam item.

I disputed the charges with my credit card company and during the process we found out that you had charged me an additional 3 times beyond the original purchase at $25 to $30 per additional charge.

At no time in the process of order these food shredder did I agree to be charged anything beyond the original purchase price of $19.98.

What is interesting
while dealing with this today I noticed that in your email below it states “thanks for becoming a member”. I did not agree to any membership. I have no idea what benefit being a part of your club would be. I bought your product online, was sent a completely different item, and then come to find out you have recurring charges. It appears you have enrolled me in some “club” to keep charging me. You provide no services or benefits with your “club”. You are a scam.

Unenroll me from whatever club you claim to have and do not charge me again. This communication is being sent to American Express fraud department, Facebook, and the Attorney General, and Trustpilot. I found Trustpilot by doing a search. What I found was a 1.2 star rating with 386 reviews of the exact same story I am dealing with.

Cancel whatever membership this is and refund me. Do not place additional charges on my card. Thank God for credit card services. You do know that track people down and hold them accountable for fraud and illegal web-based merchant activities correct?"

I ordered a product from them. It took nearly two months to come in and then was not the product advertised. The product I received looked like something you would pick up at a flea market.

Ordered an item in mid August still have not received the item. Almost got charged 29.99 twice for some bullshit membership I never wanted but luckily my bank has stopped the second charge since I have told them at least 7 times to cancel the membership. Told them I want a refund but of course I know I won’t get one.

This is so confusing. I had to SEARCH for what this is showing up on my bank statement. I ordered a cheese grater months ago and while I received it, I am now being charged every single month for a membership that I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR. I don’t even know how to cancel this crap!

These people are criminals

These people are criminals. They don't deliver your order and charge you for a membership that you have to search for since they don't tell you about that. Cleverly hidden in their "terms of service". I have now paid $50 for a $20 grater that I'm yet to receive. Buyer beware of this criminal enterprise. They keep saying they will fix it and refund within 3-5 business days. Well, here’s my order. #53995. Fix it, now.

HIGHWAY ROBBERY

I ordered a cheese grater last year and in November, but I never received it. I also was unaware that a trial membership was begun at that time. So, I have been being charged the $29.99 since December of 2024.
I want my money back from this failed organization which I truly believe to be a scam. Remember, I NEVER received my product and attempted to email and call numerous times.
This better be made right and refunded.

This is a total scam company

This is a total scam company. I contacted the Minnesota Attorney Generals office. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. I ordered # 21864 merchandise that came four months later and now on my business card I'm being billed $29.99 a month. I now have to pay the business card back out of my pocket.

I have contacted customer support multiple times and have asked for a refund on my purchase that they refuse to give me. I was also charged a $29 membership fee that I never agreed to pay for! Definately a scam

Definately a scam. They say the will process order in 2 days i ordered on September 11th. There phones are always busy so u cant talk to them and left voicemail, sent them multiple email from their site and direct email and nothing. You cant even track your order from their website.

They just charged me 29.99 again on my card. this is a fraud. They give you the run around. How could i not have received a shipping update since the 11th.

Do not order from this scam company. They enroll you in a club without your permission & bill you monthly. They also send you a cheaper grater & refuse to take it back or issue credit. My credit card charged them back.
