If I could give 0 stars I would.
Was not informed of membership requirement.
It has been over a month amd my item has not arrived.
No answer at customer service number ever!
Was told on August 22 via email my order couldn't be cancelled because it had already shipped. And refund of member fee was being processed.
Sept 7 told again item in transit they would follow up with a tracking number.
Sept 7 told 3-5 business days to process refund.
NONE of this has happened

They lied to me *with update*

*Update* They replied below, but didn’t get any information from me, so not sure how they could cancel things. Also as far as the refund, it would be 10 refunds and since I had to cancel my credit card I’m not sure how they processed anything.

They lied to me! They sent me the wrong item a little over a month after I ordered it. They didn’t respond to any emails, but I found their phone number on my credit card statement. I called 3x before getting an answer and the offered me a 50% refund to keep the item. I agreed to that to avoid shipping fees. They didn’t disclose they’d be keeping my credit card on file to charge me $29.99 every month from November 2024 to July 2025. I had to cancel my credit card to make it stop. They have stolen money from me and I had to cancel my credit card to make it stop.

This is a SCAM I ordered off the site 3 weeks ago never got my items an then they charged me 29.99 for a subscription that I never signed up for an evertime I call I never get no one just answering machine

Scam

Scam, scam, scam. They do not disclose that it is a membership and charge your card $29.99 unexpectedly. Also, I have not received my item purchased for $14.95 about 3 weeks ago and now I’m getting this bogus charges. Definitely reporting to my bank because I never authorized the membership charge. Purchase an item, don't receive it, then get charged $29.99USD for a membership you never even signed up for!

I noticed that I had a charge from Lndmarkclub for $41.67CAD on 09/12/25. Upon further investigation, I placed an order with them on 08/27/25 for a BOGO offer on erasable gel pens that was advertised through FB. I have only received an email with a confirmation of my order, saying that I will be notified when it ships. I have received no other emails and have not been notified of shipment of my items... For all I know, I'll never even receive them, or won't receive them for months based on what others have said. Then, I am suddenly being charged for a membership I never signed up for, after purchasing items I haven't even received and don't even know if they've been shipped or not! My "membership fee" is still a pending charge. My order # is 51708. If my pending membership fee goes through, I will be disputing that charge, as well as the charge for the items I ordered that haven't been shipped (as far as I'm aware). If I receive a confirmation from the company that my order has been shipped, and I've been provided a tracking number proving such, I will only be disputing the membership charge that I clearly didn't sign up for... Me and hundreds of other people! All I wanted was some erasable gel pens! So many other people have had the same thing happen, and I don't understand how they can get away with such a dishonest business practice!

I wish I would have read these reviews first. What a scam this company is never again will I order something I see on instagram again thanks to my Lndmarkclub experience. Haven’t even received my product going on 2 months and I’m being charged for a membership I never signed up for. Already contacted my bank and disputed all the charges. Shame on you! This is my order number 48004 in case you missed it in the email threads of us going back and forth and ask me again for it. What a waste of my time.

Unauthorized Charges

I just got off the phone with my bank. I have a $29.99 charge to my account pending. As soon as the charge posts, I will be filing a dispute with my bank. In reading other comments, it appears this charge is some sort of membership I never signed up for. I ordered a cheese grater in August (order #52571) but it hasn’t shipped. I can’t get ahold of anyone, so cancel my order and refund the $29.99 and $19.98. Not a good way to run a supposed business.

They will automatically sign you up for a $29.99 subscription that is next to impossible to cancel. Repeatedly filled out forms on their website but I continue to get a $29.99 charge monthly.

There is no option but to file a dispute with my credit card company.

This company is HORRIBLE

This company is HORRIBLE. I have yet to receive my order a month later. The “membership” fees were not mentioned anywhere on the site. I now have 19.99 lost for order and 29.99 for this monthly membership fee.

You can not get through to a human being to speak to. I have emailed multiple times with no update as to where my order is. The email replies continue to ask for my order number to “sort out the situation”

I will be calling my bank for refund and elevating this scam to a higher level.

Do NOT waste your time.

Like everyone else I was disappointed in the product. Not what I ordered, and an extra fee for some club I did NOT join. Shame on you people who rip others off scam scam scam!!! I ordered the grater flimsy plastic.and wasn’t as pictured and demonstrated.

I made an order on 7/21

I made an order on 7/21, order number- 46645 the order was for $23.97, and was also charged $29.99 soon after for membership fee that I did not sign up for. It is now September 8th, my order has still not even shipped and I was charged for ANOTHER month membership fee and I have filled out multiple cancellation forms on their website since I can not get in touch with anyone on the phone
$59.98 worth of membership fees charged, $23.97 charged for an order 2 months ago that has not even shipped even with priority processing. I wish I could get in touch with them to request an order cancellation and a full refund because this is ridiculous. Do not order from this site!!

I have called multiple times

I have called multiple times, sent an email, filled out your cancelation policy form all of which NO REPLY. I request to return the cheese grater for the simple fact it arrived almost 2 months after ordering. Now I have multiple charges on my account. No one ever 1 time has answered the phone. Talk about fraudulent scams. If it had said anything about joining a monthly membership I definitely wouldn't have bought anything or sighed up for anything. I will be contacting my local bank for fraud if money isn't refunded with next 48 hours especially after multiple attempts to contact with no replies. Each state attorney Generals office meed to hear these complaints to bring a class action against stuff like this.

Insane response to an unethical business practice

When I noticed a charge on my credit card I reached out to the Lndmark and I was given this response:

"Just to clarify, when you place an order with us, it automatically starts a 12-day free trial of the Lndmark Rewards VIP Membership. After the trial, the membership transitions into a monthly $29.99 subscription unless canceled.... Many of our members find that using just one or two of these perks more than pays for the membership itself"

This is one of the most unethical and intentionally duplicitous actions I've ever seen a "company" take. They are tricking people into recurring membership charges, how is this legal? They responded to my first email asking about the charge quickly but now they're ghosting me. No way a real reputable company would act like this.
