Ian watched my cat for over a week while I was traveling and took excellent care of her. She hates being separated from me, but Ian spent time to engage with her and befriend her. He also sent daily updates and photos, and helped solve an issue with her automatic feeder. She was very happy and healthy when I returned. Thank you!

Second time I have Ian with us to look after our 3 babies during our holiday…and I couldn’t be much happier!!

They was due to look after my dog all was confirmed. I Was supposed to meet with the person who was looking after her,I sent emails to ask if they could contact me for more information no reply phone calls no reply, just rude!!

Ian was a wonderful cat sitter. Our cat trillian was well looked after whilst we were away. She even felt safe enough to come out for cuddles (which is very rare for her and strangers!)

I was ever so happy to find this company nearby. We were able to schedule Christmas time visits for our older cat right away with the lovely and trustworthy Ian. He provided photos and updates for every visit and even gave the kitty a Christmas present! The peace of mind knowing she was being taken care of while we travelled was invaluable.

I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional cat sitting service provided by Yumna. She went above and beyond in caring for my beloved feline companion, Bo, while I was away. Yumna's dedication, attention to detail, and genuine love for animals truly set her apart.

From our initial meeting, it was evident that Yumna had a natural affinity for cats. Her warm and friendly demeanor immediately put both Bo and me at ease. She took the time to understand Bo's routine, preferences, and specific needs, ensuring a seamless transition in my absence.

Throughout my time away, Yumna sent me regular updates and photos, providing reassurance and allowing me to stay connected with Bo. It was heartwarming to see Bo comfortable, content, and playful in Yumna's care. She not only attended to Bo's basic needs but also showered him with affection and playtime, which is exactly what he needed to feel happy and loved while I was away.

I have used The London Cat Sitting Company for my cat Helen for almost 2 years. I was so nervous leaving Helen but this company is great! I always have Yumna as my sitter Helen always is well looked after and happy! I love the daily updates makes me less worried. Would definitely recommend!

I have been using London cat sitting company for a while now. They have never failed to provide me with great sitters who love animals. I have used both day visits and house sitting and always come back to a happy cat and and a clean house.

Special mentions for Ian and Zoe who have looked after Ru this year for me. Couldn’t recommend more!

We have used London Cat Sitting Company multiple times now for their live-in service, due to availability and some last minute trips being planned we have had multiple different sitters looking after our cat/house.

Each cat sitter has offered a great service, and communication throughout our holidays, and we have always came back to a clean house with a happy cat!

Took our booking in May. Then yesterday 2 weeks before we are due to go on holiday they say they don’t have anyone, and did not bother to tell us until we chased them down. Now we cannot find an alternative in time. Think twice if you are going to be trusting these people in your home. ** after leaving this review I have them received an abusive phone call from the manager shouting abuse and swearing and stating my partner is “too chicken s**t” to leave the review. This is unhinged behaviour and will be reported as a criminal offence if there are any other calls.

London cat sitters are great. Our cats have always been well looked after over the past 3 years. We love getting the photos of our cats, so we can see they are eating, happy and being themselves.

Approached the company after reading other reviews. My shy little boy had faced a huge journey from New Zealand to London and the sitter took on the job and the pair got on famously! Such a relief as my boy has had a lot of change already and I wouldn’t want to put him in a cattery. Definitely “Thurston” approved 🐾

A second review to thank the London Cat Sitting Company for their amazing service. I think my cats are happier with Karen than they are with us!! They love her, and she clearly makes such an effort with them. The cats are getting on a bit so quite fussy, but Karen tends to their every need. Thanks to the LCSC and to Remi who runs the Company so well.

Rose is amazing our cats love her and they are particularly fussy around new people! The communication is good with clear updates that provide comfort the cats are ok - I'm happy going away for a few days knowing that the cats will be well cared for and receive lots of love.
