Fantastic company for finding highly qualified cat sitters who go above and beyond for your furry friend(s) while you're gone.

Excellent service and cat sitter. Worth the money. We felt completely at ease on holiday via regular updates. Our cat sitter was absolutely lovely to our Kira. Will be using this company again in future.

Natasha is a godsend! For many years, we have been able to leave our cats for a few days with no issues. Now they are 15 years + and have special needs. After moving and losing our neighbours who would often help, I found The London Cat Sitting Company, online. Natasha’s deep love for cats was apparent to me the very first time we met her! Now we are able to get away with the confidence that our cats will be well cared for and loved. The daily updates with pictures are a bonus.
We would highly recommend The London Cat Sitting Company.

As with almost all other reviews I cannot recommend or praise them highly enough. Remi have me a lovely lady - Karen to look after my 8 month kitten Cassie who has never been left before. Karen is such a lovely lady and Cassie can be quite afraid of strangers (lock down baby) but she took to Karen really well. For me it was the photos and videos Karen sent daily that made me so happy. If you are a pet lover I cannot recommend them more highly. Great service and v nice people xx

I have used this service for over 2 years. They have been great about replying to booking requests, whether it is a few days notice or months in advance.

I live in Walthamstow, and have used their services for daily visits to feed the cats while I am away. The cat sitter for my cats was always a lovely man called Frank, who was very caring with my cats. I received daily photos and updated while I was away, and pictures of Frank playing with the cats.

TLDR: The owner is very unprofessional, and not to be trusted

This company seems quite hit and miss. I used them in May/June 2018 and had a great experience with them - the cat sitter was lovely, had daily updates with photos of my cat and all was well.

Because of this good experience, I then booked them again for September. I took my key back after the last time because I didn't want a key to my flat floating around. Because of this, I emailed them a couple of weeks ago to sort out when someone would be coming to pick it up. I received no response, but gave them the benefit of the doubt as there was still time left. However I have spent weeks trying to contact them now and no one has responded. I have emailed multiple times, I have used their "live" chat (which as you might surmise from the quotation marks isn't live at all), and I have tried to call them (which went straight to voicemail every time). I will be leaving for my vacation in 5 days and have had to find another sitter due to their lack of contact.

I'm honestly really disappointed by this, they seemed like a great company back in May but I'm just not sure what has happened recently. I won't be trusting them again.

I've included a screenshot of my past reservations as proof that I did use them last time, as I've noticed they've been making a lot of posts on facebook about people who have never been with them posting fake reviews. I honestly don't know if that is true or not, but considering my lack of trust I'd rather not take the chance of them doing that to me.

UPDATE: I can't believe I left this out the first time. When we used them in May they never sent us an invoice to pay them. I emailed them a couple of weeks after we got back stating that I couldn't find any evidence on my end that I'd paid them, and asking for an invoice/how much I owed them. I guess they never responded then either because I'd completely forgotten about it.

I sent an email to them about 20 minutes ago officially cancelling the cat sitting I had booked for September for the reasons I've listed above. Lo and behold, 10 minutes later I received an email with an invoice for May. Note they still haven't responded to any of my emails, they just sent me the invoice. I owe them the money, and obviously I'll be paying it, but it's just incredibly strange behaviour. I really would not recommend you go with them.

Update 2:
The owner seems like a mess. [Setence redacted as the owner deleted the facebook post in question and blocked me so I cannot provide evidence of it.] Thank god for them not being able to affect google reviews. Do NOT trust this person, they seem incredibly unprofessional and I'm honestly shocked they've had a functioning business this long. I guess that's what happens when you block everyone that disagrees with you.

Update 4 (August 2020): Trustpilot informed me this review had been taken down due to a couple of the words I'd used, so I edited it and it was posted again. [Redacted as voicemails are not considered evidence to Trustpilot]. Given that when the original situation went down she sent me a threatening email with my home address in it saying I should remember she knows where I live, she is definitely trying to intimidate and harass me. Please stay away from this company.

Update 6 (September 2021): The owner once again tried to get this review taken down, and despite giving proof Trustpilot wouldn't allow me to keep what happened in update 5 in this review. I've removed it so that the rest of the review can stay up, but I'd suggest making sure you read all of the negative reviews everywhere to get a full picture.

Update 7 (September 2021): As soon as it was re-instated they reported the review again.

They come HIGHLY RECOMMENDED from me. I have been a customer for 7 years and have remained a customer because of the consistently great pet sitting service we have always received from London Cat Sitting Company. Over the years, we have benefited from cat visits, including looking after a very elderly cat, house sitting and dog boarding. We will continue to call on them to care for our pets and home.

As the owner of a now elderly cat on medication, a trustworthy reliable pet sitting service is paramount, and I have found this over the course of 5 years with the London Cat Sitting Company.

On our recent travels, we have began to utilize their overnight live in service because our cat Rose, requires medication every 12 hours ,and can recommend them especially our current cat sitter, Alessandra.

We first contacted Remi and her team in 2007 when we lived in Kilburn and was very happy with them. Our cat sitter Ann was wonderful and took care of Gismo our tabby over the course of 2 years.

We moved for work to Edinburgh but have returned to London and happy to know London Cat Sitting Company covers Stoke Newington and even better is based near Stoke Newington.

Highly recommended.
