We booked the London Cat Sitting Company for 4 visits over 3 days. It was short notice on our part but they managed to fit us in. Adrianna looked after our cat Mog and was nothing but professional throughout. She catered to all our weird cat parent requests without fail sending multiple videos (as requested) per visit to put our minds at rest about Mog and our flat as we're anxious travellers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will most definitely be using them again.

I’d like to write a really positive review regarding my cat sitter Adriana. She has always been very attentive and caring towards my kitten, making sure that she follows medication instructions and always provides timely updates. She is very responsive and clearly cares a lot about the cats by the way she handles my kitten. For all my vacations I would always request her services and highly recommend it to anybody who wants to make sure that their house and kitten is well looked after.

We use this service every time we go away for a few days. The cat sitters are always fantastic and send regular daily updates on how our cats are doing. It can be stressful leaving you pets behind but it makes the whole process so much better when you know you have someone caring for your cats!

Our sitter Katie is kind and professional and keeps us posted with photos and updates, I am happy to leave my cat in her care.

Adriana, my most recent cat sitter, was friendly, reliable and my cat loved her! I'm fairly anxious about leaving my cat when I go away, but we couldn't have been in better hands! Adriana took the time to send me videos and photos which put my mind at ease. When I returned home, my cat was relaxed, calm and happy. I have no hestitation in recommending this company for all your pet sitting needs!

I have used this company for quite a few months this year. They are very reliable, I have never had a request not been confirmed. Both the cat sitter, mine being Shirleen, an manager Remi very helpful an lovely. I have a sister Very ill, an sometimes have to go help her on the spur of the moment an they have always covered my request, even when requested late evening for next morning. Shirleen sends me pics of my cat for every visit, so you know they have visited, also a txt how my cat is. Fantastic company very reliable.

Remi accommodated our last minute holiday and it offered us such peace of mind to know our cat would be well cared for whilst we were away. Chloe was wonderful and kept us updated with photos and videos and we returned home to a very happy and well-groomed cat. Until next time!

I found this Company in a terrible panic, suddenly having to go to multiple hospital visits and being really ill. Remi understood and the next day Lillyia was at my door to meet us to be ready for my next hospital trip. Edie, my cat, is a rescue and VERY nervous but she warmed to Liylia straight away and I got WhatsApp photo's and messages that really kept me going. Back again this Friday and speaking to Remi yesterday I know Edith will be safe while I have to be away. They really care about pet's and their owners. You can definitely trust them. Fen has been cat sitting my multiple cats on and off for over a year now and she is truly incredible. She sends multiple pictures and messages to me daily via text as well as through the official report. It is clear how much she cares about my cats and she takes a lot of time to make each of them feel loved and well taken care of. I can't imagine a better cat sitter and will be continuing to use her. The site itself is very easy to use and they are very responsive.

I have used LCSC quite frequently and at short notice when having to visit family.
Niina in particular has become a firm favourite with all my cats. They seen quite disappointed when I return home as she spoils them rotten. She sends me regular WhatsApp messages and I can see how happy they are even when I'm away.

Amanda, our local sitter, looked after our kitten. She was very responsive and communicative, sending us lots of images and updates all weekend, which made use feel at ease.

The London Cat Sitting Company introduced us to Amanda, who was amazing, she was meant to visit our cat, Thomas, every day, but actually visited twice a day as Thomas is good at hiding and she wanted to make sure he was fine and was eating well. Amanda topped up his food and water and changed the litter tray every day, the place was clean and tidy when we returned from our holiday. Amanda set up a WhatsApp group and sent us pictures daily and regular updates, she was very friendly and we would certainly ask for her again when using your company. Thank you, Simon and Sinead.

An excellent service, very reliable, friendly and thorough. We feel very safe leaving our cat in these guys' company. Brigit particularly has been brilliant giving us photo and video updates when she looks after our cat.
