I honestly can’t thank this company and most importantly Sandra enough. We haven’t left our 11 yr old cat for 11 years! We had to visit family. Sandra came to meet us and our cat before we went away. He trusted her instantly. Sandra took videos and pictures of him every day. I couldn’t be more grateful. I will use the London cat sitting company and hopefully Sandra every time in the future. Thank you all so much. So easy to set up too

Hannah looked after our cat Fudge for a couple of days. She sent some lovely update videos & pictures. our house was left clean & tidy, and Fudge seemed very happy with the experience !! I would happily recommend this company !!

London Cat Sitting Company are everything we wanted from a cat sitter, professional, trust worthy, and caring. We get great feedback from our sitter (Sandra) via WhatsApp every day, clear communication prior and post trip and the cats are happy and contented.

We've been using the London Cat Sitting Company for over 2-years now and strongly recommend using them for your pet! The booking system is so easy to use, and the love and care provided is exceptional. We have a very shy elderly cat who used to hate when we went away, which was stressful for everyone. Having the same cat sitter each time has allowed him to develop a relationship and now, he is relaxed and happy while we are away!

I am a first time user of London Cat Sitting Company. I was apprehensive about it. Chloe my cat sitter was amazing. She put my mind at ease during her initial visit and was incredibly lovely and kind. She sent photos and updates every day and always visited at the agreed time. I would definitely use her and this company again.

We have trusted Remi and her team at London Cat Sitting company for 8 years and will never changed. In 8 years, we have had the same 3 pet sitters consistently which Is very reassuring, along with the daily Updates we receive on how our furry ones are doing.

This review is very long overdue, but had to be written following the arrival of a hand written sympathy card this week, from Remi following the passing of my mother, who she had spoken to on many occasions and was aware of her terminal illness. Thank you Remi, Heather, Jackie and Timothy for all you do.

I had Jonna who looked after my cat Vienna in October. She was very kind and respectful of my home but super professional and kept me updated with photos.
The whole service from making the booking and the contact from the owner Remi was very reassuring, I would recommend and not hesitate to use them again.

An impressive first time experience with this service and I have booked a cat sitter for our Christmas getaway. We returned home to our 3 very content cats. Highly recommend.

I am thrilled with the service received from this Company and the lovely cat sitter Sabi did an excellent job to take care of my 2 my anti-social cats, Beanie and Bubbles. Sabi provided me with daily video updates on how spoilt my cats were, lapping up for her attention. The site was easy to use even for me who is not technology savvy and the owner is very friendly ! I highly recommend this Company and thank you for the top notch service!

This was my 2nd time of having overnight stay service from London Cat Sitting Company and I am very happy about our catsitter Yumna who did a fantastic job to take care of my 19 years old cat Jessie. I was worried at the beginning since Jessie needs medication and can be shy about strangers. But Yumna is great and she became a very good friend with my cat. She was friendly and provided me updates each day with lots of photos. I will definitely book again very soon.

This was our first time using the LCSC and we were allocated Eva/Eve who we would highly recommend. Lots of updates from her, and her love of cats was for all to see when she came to visit before the booking.
I was a little wary of writing this review as I dont want her to be booked up all the time, but hey ho!

I had a bad experience with another Pet sitting company so I booked with the London Cat Sitting Company after finding their website on Google.
I had a fantastic experience with them overall. Very smooth and efficient process to book, and Eva my sitter was amazing with my pet! Daily updates and she carried out everything as requested. I really felt at ease with Eva looking after my cat whilst away and she was very friendly and communicative. I’ll definitely book with this company again! Highly recommend

The best London Cat sitting company! I went away for the first time in 2 years and they helped me with my 2 cats and took very best care ,I had updates every single day and come back to a very happy kitties! Excellent, reliable service - always happy to leave my cat in their care

Poor management, poor communication. Having tried to book via the website I got no response. Having then called, I got a response. I made a booking with a promise of a cat sitter contacting us to make the arrangements. Over a week later with no contact I have lost faith, and will not be using this company again. At least the website looks slick

Liliya really put our minds at rest when caring for our cat. We have a very anxious cat who as a mostly feral adoption, is not keen on strangers. Liliya was patient and kind and we will be availing of her services again.

I've had excellent experiences with the London Cat Sitting Company - our catsitter Frank is fantastic: professional, reliable and a great communicator. We feel comfortable entrusting our cats to him and notice that whenever we return, our cats seem happy and affectionate - no sulking, which has normally been our experience when we go away! The updates that we receive after each visit are fantastic and we always look forward to them. The portal is an easy way to request bookings and owner Remi has also always been great to deal with - highly recommended and a brilliant and more relaxed alternative to expensive catteries.
