Luff Sleep レビュー

After being impressed by the website, and 100 night sleep trail promise, I bought a pair of Bamboo Forest pillows in June.

Arrived quickly, faster than stated, and they looked fine.
I found them a bit firm and after a couple of weeks of poor sleep decided to send them back.
(It is the Bamboos removable pillow protector that is the main constituent of the item they are selling, the pillow underneath looks pretty basic).

I sent the pillows back on a tracked service and expected a refund - the website says:

"he only thing we ask is that you send the product back to us and as soon as it is received we will issue a full refund."

28 days after the tracked/confirmed delivery date back to Luff I still had not received a refund, and it is only when I sent a message about this that I actually received the refund.
It shouldn't be down to the customer to chase a company to honour their refund policy.

I already have a Luff pillow which is really comfy so decided to purchase a superking size mattress topper. Found a good price online and ordered. Luff kept me informed throughout the delivery.
I left the topper (unpacked and laid out) for 24 hrs before putting it on the mattress as directed.
I have to be honest, it has taken a few weeks to get used to it but as time goes by, it feels more and more comfortable. It has elastic on all four corners so you can secure it to your mattress.
I have lower back problems and find this mattress topper supportive without being hard. It is so comfy and getting a good night's sleep is priceless.
Luff customer service are really quick to reply to any queries which is good to know too.

The material feels very cheap. It doesn’t wash well as the material has shrunk even on a cold wash and now barely covers the pillow. Started to fray and lose shape after the first wash (on cold) I spoke with their customer service and I felt it was very poor and unprofessional so I will be returning to Costco for a full refund.
