Luma ia rhe GOAT of Customer Service
I have been ordering supplements for a long time and your Customr Service is the Best. Fast and Efficient. My issue was resolved in less than an hour. Sandy and Charles were AWESOME! They get 11 Stars out of 10 Gold Stars. Wonderful to have a company who listens to the customer and provides what the customer wants.

The customer service responded quickly to my questions and when another question needed more investigation, she gave me to someone else who could help more in depth. He got back to me quickly. I was impressed with the quick responses.

I was able to email Luma Nutrition with questions about their product that I could not find addressed on the website and was responded to immediately. I really appreciate your quick and honest response. I will be returning this product because it did not meet my expectations in the end, but that is no reflection on the company necessarily.

Honest Review
Other than selling an item that doesn’t do what you claim it does, actually stopping my subscription right away without pushing another delivery was welcome. Now maybe you could stand by your claim that if your product doesn’t deliver the results claimed, that you would offer a full refund for the product purchased.
