I ordered a compass pendant for my son which, due to no fault of Luxesmith was just left on my doorstep by Royal Mail (when it required a signature) and was subsequently stolen before I got home. I emailed customer service and received a reply within a few hours, Sarah M at Customer Services took up the problem, has been in constant communication since and has immediately taken it up with RM.

Why the 5*? Bad things happen, it's how you deal with them that makes the difference.

Good, timely communications, diligent and understanding. Instead of me having to wait for the issue to be resolved (a few weeks with RM) they are replacing the necklace in time for Christmas. What more can you want from Customer Service?

I ordered a necklace for my husband and paid for express delivery.
I’ve got a tracking number but Royal Mail continues to say expecting it!
I’ve emailed 3 times asking for help but have not received a reply
Update Royal Mail now have it so fingers & toes crossed it’s here soon

Bought the compass pendant for my husband good quality, speedy service from ordering to receiving.
Pendant is little heavy so shows how good bit disappointed I thought
North, south, East, west markings on it would have been more prominent and stood out more
So you could see them without magnifying glass.

what a refreshing experience i have had with Luxesmith. i have now purchased two items in quick succession and shall certainly be using them more. the items were excellent quality , clever design and the presentation is superb with beautifully written sentiments . my grandson and grand daughter will be delighted , not just because of the necklaces but because they are keepsakes that will carry through all their lives. this is a clever , versatile company with astonishing customer service. buy with joy and confidence, this is affordable excellence.

If I could give this company zero rating I would. I ordered a necklace for a 30th birthday and paid extra for express delivery. Like others no confirmation email was sent, I was finally given a RM tracking number but on tracking the item on the RM website it came up with a ‘still waiting to receive item’ I contacted Luxesmith and was told the item had ‘gone missing’ how on earth can that happen when it has a tracking number??? I was told another one would be sent out but I was not given any information regarding new tracking number, if it was going to be sent express delivery or any indication of when it would arrive. I needed this item for tomorrow 4th October 2025 and am still waiting for confirmation that it is on its way. I would be very careful ordering from this company as others have stated on here, the customer service is disgusting so I am now in the process of contacting the Consumer advice centre to see about escalating this matter. Awful awful experience

Reasonable price for the neckless which my wife loved.

Company provided a special memento for my granddaughter's 30th birthday. Delicate and tasteful. Excellent selection and customer service.

Website was easy to use, fast delivery and a good quality product, I have seen some of the other reviews but honestly can't fault anything
