Absoloutley lovey products my wife is over the moon ordered Sunday arrived Wednesday by royal mail with tracking don't know why some people are negative will buy again when the time is right

We were looking for the perfect gift for our Best Man to be who is also my partner's son. Found this site by accident but delighted. We purchased a bracelet which was black & silver & looks quite masculine. The sentiment on the gift card for Son is perfect. A beautiful gift which we think he'll love.

I was concerned after my order like another reviewer here, no confirmation email of my order. After a few days with no email - I did send an email to support (I always copy a support email address down when i order) stating that I had no shipping info, or real confirmation that my order would be coming. They replied right away with shipping info and other info. I received my items several days later. The necklaces are very nice. I should have engraved them, I will next time!

I ordered a bracelet for my son but it was too big, the item was lovely by the way, I returned it and received a full refund. Meanwhile I ordered a smaller one hoping that would fit better but still too big so I returned that. This is where the issue was they refused to refund the 2nd bracelet saying they already had but it was the 1st one they refunded. I had tracking receipts and dates of when items were returned and bought but the company refused to understand that one was refunded and one not. I gave up in the end as was bored of the constant emails and as only £21 told them to keep it. Lovely items and well packaged but god what a nightmare trying to get Sarah Molden in customer services to understand the issue.

Well made and unusual jewellry with sentimental value. Necklace was delivered quickly, good quality and beautifully packaged. Highly recommend.

Please be careful ordering from these I ordered over a week ago paid express delivery and heard nothin bk commented on there face book page and they removed my comment. No comfimatio email nothin either

I ordered a compass pendant and chain for my son for Xmas . Despite the busy time of year the order came on time. It comes in a gift box and bag and has a really nice message in the box. Really happy with this gift and my son who is very fashion conscious loved it and is wearing it daily . Thank you 🙏🏼

I ordered this item for Christmas for my son. Website says 4-7 days of shipping. On the 8TH day, they decided to process my order and begin the shipping process. It just arrived- day 11. I did email them after I hadn’t received tracking info or anything and after you send them an email, it pops up that someone will reach out within 24 hours, try 4 days later, I finally received information that they apologize for any inconvenience and that it will be arriving soon. Come to find out when she sent the email, that’s when they decided to ship it. It just arrived today and Will returning the gift.

Update-the address they gave me was international and was going to cost over $100 to return (when my necklace costs under $40). When I asked if there was another address bc if the cost, never heard anything back. Never again will order from this place and would highly recommend you don’t either!

I have since found out that after only receiving one item that should have cost £49.99 the have charged me £123.21 they have billed me through PayPal. This after paying them previously for two items £75.97. so it seems they have charged me again for all 3 items.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE

I previously ordered something for my Daughter and Granddaughter, they both arrived. A few days later ordered one for my son and one for my Grandson, I was then informed my daughter had already got one for my Grandson, so straight away tried to cancel one and was told it was to late the ordered had already been processed and posted (this was night time) and that I would have to return the one I no longer needed for a refund. A couple of days later the post arrived but still unopened I can clearly see and feel that there is only one item in the package but I was charged for two. I have sent several emails letting Luxesmith know this but been completely ignored. My advice would be do not buy anything from Luxesmith at all

Be wary when placing any orders as when things go wrong you get little but no help from the customer service team . I am currently waiting on a delivery that was due for delivery on the 06.12.24 . No empathy at all showed to the fact the order is missing and is a Christmas gift .

I ordered a bracelet 2 weeks ago and I haven’t even received an email confirmation of the order. Had I not taken a screenshot of the order, I would have no proof of what I purchased. My payment DID clear my bank within a day, of course. There’s no phone number to call and no response to the customer service email I sent. Very sketchy!

company sent wrong item, contacted them loads of times and they just do not respond. Very disappointing as it was for my daughters 40th Birthday, so now no good at all.
I would NOT recommend them useless!

The quality of your work is exceptional!! My son and one of our daughters are nearly 2000 miles away and the quote on the box was beautiful and heart felt. We will definitely be ordering from you all again :)
