Ok I wasnt to bothered I needed something to eat not a fine dine experience.
So I wasnt used to this Macdonalds at Enterprise 5 I hadn't realised to be served I had to be another six inches to my left.
So eventually whe the guy at the ither side of the counter was swanning around having a lazy time.
I asked how you get service around here. Here said I had to be in front of the till six inches from where I stood.
I guess that was my mistake as he set out to make the rest of my order wrong.
I didnt use the big screens as cucumber upsets my stomach.
But when I ordered crispy bacon wrap without cucumber.
There were a couple of scrappy crispy chicken bits in a large dry wrap. No lettuce or sauce or bacon on the supposed crispy bacon wrap.
I must say it didnt take long for the order to be dumped at the table as he walked of, without checking.
But hey, I guess if you go to that Macdonnalds, you dont expect the order right.
Or tasty food.
Its grab a bite and get out as quick as possible..

I didnt have time to argue, I had to be at the hospital whose food was probably better.

The lesson learned, Dont go back to that Macdonnalds.

Nottingham Valley Road. Placed an order with them. There were 4 items missing when it was delivered and which I had paid for. I phoned them and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Obviously will never use agian.

Got a drive through in Edinburgh. Short of everything and you can't complain. There is no where on the website to do this....just go round and round. I'll not go back they just take your money and don't care if your order is right or wrong. I was done, charged and not supplied.

Do not get a double Big Mac , its a right rip off at £5.49 as you only get 1 cheese slice , it manages to be dry as hell at the top and a sloppy mess at the bottom , get 2 double cheese burgers instead and also save £1.52 !

ive held off writing a review but can no longer,
macdonalds on macon way crewe is the worst franchise ive ever visited, and i visited quite a lot of macdonalds as ive toured this country and others.
unbelievable queueing time, here and i now check my order before i move away due to the number of times i ve gotten home and its been wrong or cold. the staff are not interested and can be rude when you mention the delay. this evening the car infront at the drive through knew the manager, got their order and spent a couple of minutes chatting before moving off.when i joined the queue and ordered there were 6 cars infront of me but i still queued for 17 minutes and thats not acceptable ( not fast food at all )
as i have to go here for my kids as its nearest i will now write reviews after every visit good or bad and hopefully someone will see this and address the poor staff service and training issues.

Still baffled why the big push for vegan plant based food. When celiacs are gluten intolerant and you still don't serve gluten free buns.. bad form...

Macdonalds Uxbridge. Received and order from my wife through Deliveroo. Missed out an item. Found out that many people experience this from Macdonals. What a way to make a profit!! Shame on your poor quality of service

Ordered MacDonalds and items were missing it was cold I contacted the store and I spoke to 1 manager he then put me through to another manger and she laughed at me which is very unprofessional and very rude. Really bad customer service then they said phone uber eats

Poor service. Waited and waited for order. Stone cold when it eventually arrived. How difficult is it to prepare a big m meal. Wont bother again!

Went to local to get 4 kids meals 2 adult meals costing over £25 got back home minus 1 kids meal 1 adult meal, tried to phone them to no avail. They are forever doing this. Never again rip off merchants.

We ordered on the app sitting in the restaurant, after waiting for 20 minutes. Whilst staff were just dealing with delivery orders. Forgetting about paying guests waiting for their food which certainly was not fast or hot

Ordered at Queensway at the drive through, in a rush and starving so decided to collect by car. Collected my order then drove off to park and enjoy my Big Mac large… to find out it was a totally different order.
Phoned up to say what’s happened to be promised a free replacement meal next time in, took name and code (Lisa)
Next time ordered exactly the same as the night before, gave code and name. Assistant disappeared for a couple of minutes then said No Lisa had said only for the Big Mac was free! I had waited 10 minutes to be served and couldn’t believe that Lisa had gone back on her good will jesture . Told staff politely that they could forget the order. Definitely won’t return, so please check your order before you leave.

Yep great staff, full cups of coffee, their delivery driver thou, DIEAGO his name likes scratching vans and chucking coffee over it, I now believe he is actually shooting my van with a air rifle, cctv installed, I'll catch him now, BE CAREFULL WITH silly ppl LIKE THIS.scratch found today. Whilst parked there I don't leave the can unless I'm there, it's the only time I'm not in the van. He does it as I'm disabled and he knows I can't run, on the verge of being paralysed he knows this.

Update, another 3 coffees tgx to DIEAGO DELIVERY DRIVER doing it under my cameras, reposition time, wonder how the old lady he was doing it to stopped it, that I read on Facebook, dieago.... your times up, I don't chuck coffee, only punches n kicks SEE YOU SOON GANG NAM STYLE.

The managers in macdonalds stairfoot Barnsley there attitude is disgusting was stood at counter waiting over 5 mins to be served they were more bothered about the uber deliveries we had just about finished our food when some lads and lasses came in some got served and went to eat there's the others that ordered all got their money refunded and thrown out I went and got 2 lads some food as I new 1 of them the managers were rude to them when I went to order food for my son to take home they refused me I told them I wanted my order taken and they refused as I'd bought 2 kids some food they asked me to leave ir they would call the police on me one manager was very rude to me there attitude to people is disgusting another lady was watching and she agreed with me they even took my number plate lol was a joke will never eat in there ever again I'd avoid managers need to learn manners they ask you to respect them then they want to respect customers first I was always told respect had to be earned

Worle Macdonalds - Very cold food, no salt on chips. No milk shakes, yet again and flat Diet Coke. Gross. Too many meals like this so will not be back.

Standards have dropped in Macdonalds. They do not entertain complaints, this is to make the public aware. Any incidents in car parks of macdonalds, even when its their fault, you will not be compensated or apologised to. tread carefully or simply avoid for better food elsewhere.
