I have completely stopped using MacDonalds now. I have been a good customer over the years since they first came to my city 34 years ago. Now it is a total discrace. They don't welcome walk in customers any more. I was faced with a wall of dirty monitors where you have to order your food. Then I had to wait a long time for my number to appear, they seem to prioritize internet orders over physical people now. When the food arrived it was dry, cold and tasteless. This is not the first time, and have found this to be a similar situation in other franchises too.

Absolutely atrocious service. I waited 10 minutes for my order to arrive. It started on their system saying preparing then when quite a few delivery people came in from Just Eat etc my order disappeared from the order line. However, all the delivery people's food came out! I was only getting a burger, fries & drink for my son. I asked to speak with a supervisor & said that this was meant to be fast food! I told them that I wanted his meal & a refund. I was told "Ok". Then someone came out with the meal. I said, "What about the refund". Then a manager came out & said "It's either the meal or the refund". I told him that wasn't good enough. He told me he only had 5 people working.

The place is a disgrace & I wasn't "Lovin' it"!

On our last visit to Bredbury branch, we ordered 2 meals costing over £18. We had to wait for a while at service window, I assume the wait was for fresh chips, which was the only hot part of the meal, the burgers must have been warmed up and left sitting whilst chips were cooked. Once again there was no milk shakes, so we opted for coke which tasted like water. Burgers were very cold inedible so in reality we paid for 2 small bags of fries. This branch is hit and miss most of the time, however it will definitely be a miss for us from now on. I notice there are no rescripts being given with orders, is this a ploy so nobody can report complaints. Definitely avoid this place unless you like cold burgers or watery cold drinks. Worse MacDonalds we have ever visited. Food poisoning waiting to happen

I managed to find another way to enter a digital code to redeem my win. Only to be told the code is invalid.
Ridiculous.

Macdonalds-please just stick to supplying food instead of these frustrating promotions which you obviously have no true intent to give away.

Macdonalds Fishponds Bristol. Ordered food with Uber for £40 worth of food and drinks, 6pm ordered told 15-30 mins for delivery. 1 hour later food arrived sitting on drivers back seat (no insulated bag), no "sorry" or anything, I opened bag and checked food as cold last time we had takeaway. Yep it was stone cold asked her to take back but she backed away telling me I have to take back to macdonalds myself. So I took food back to macdonalds and manager said he would ring his boss, he walked over to chip fryer and then walked back to me and said his boss said nothing could be done. It's NOT OK to lie to CUSTOMERS, you get caught out eventually. Bad Uber, never using again and especially BAD macdonalds Fishponds. Used deliveroo and burger King, order complete and piping hot when delivered. 5 * to them.

Very rude racist staff have all types of excuses for taking your money if you’re from a ethnic group that’s a reason for not for-filling a order which has already been paid for
How hard is to remember three
Items Duh and because I’m no local I returned a few days later and told them I was missing items from my order I got a fake rude girl pretending that she didn’t know anything yeah right
Then the shift manager tells me they are not for filling my order because I don’t have time when work 14 hours shifts to run around or give them my personal details? To racists?? Then they’d replace meal on the day I didn’t want a free meal but items I’d already paid for?
And not got (RIGHT) so beware
Ethnic minority check your items before you leave? Because these staff are so sly
Cheeky hard faced good for nothing’s do they think just because you’re a proud Nubian
That means you’re a walk over
Never! Maybe some diversity training or employment of ethnic groups may bring them into the
21st century!
