Thank you for your message.

We sincerely apologise for the delay. Over the holiday period, we experienced a sudden increase in orders causing delays in processing and shipping, which also affected tracking updates. In some cases, overseas fulfillment can also lead to longer transit times than expected.
We understand your concern and frustration given the time that has passed.

As you are not in direct contact with the local courier, we will not require you to obtain a lost package certificate. We will follow this up directly with the shipping provider on our side and continue investigating.

Please kindly send your order details (order number, full name, and delivery address) so we can proceed with the investigation.

We will update you as soon as we have more information.

I’m really sorry to read about this, especially since the sets were meant to be Christmas presents. I completely understand how upsetting it must have been when nothing arrived and you were left waiting without clear answers.

During the holiday period we had a sudden surge in orders after one of our promotions went viral. This caused delays with some shipments, and in a small number of cases parcels were unfortunately lost or mishandled by the courier. That does not make your situation any less frustrating, and we are very sorry you were affected.

If your items were not delivered, we can resend them with priority shipping or make sure you receive a full refund if that has not already been completed.

I’m really sorry to read this and I completely understand why you’re frustrated. You placed your order expecting it to arrive before Christmas, and waiting this long without receiving it or proper updates is not the experience we want anyone to have.

During the holiday period we had a very high number of orders, which unfortunately caused delays and in a small number of cases parcels were lost or mishandled by the courier. Even so, we should have followed up and resolved this for you much sooner, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
