Amazing shoes and service

I ordered shoes in April and have worn them with great pleasure until now. I also get a lot of compliments about it and that for a very good price. Only recently there has been a crack in the back of one sole. I contacted Hanna via WhatsApp. Within a few hours she arranged for me to receive a new pair for free. What fantastic service! And the crack has never happened to them before, so don't worry about it, but otherwise you are guaranteed top service. I will definitely buy shoes here more often.

*Update from Shame, to Yes!

Had an issue with their trainers. Contacted their Customer service and they quickly responded, addressing the issue and making good on their shoes.

Honestly, didn’t expect that at all. Very pleased to know they actually stand behind their products.

I look forward to receiving my 2nd pair and will be back for more. Their styles are the best I have found here in Europe. Many Thanx!

I have bought 4 pairs of trainers from


I have bought 4 pairs of trainers from them .They didn't arrive in the time frame they gave me .I contacted them and they told me they were out of stock and im getting one made .When it was done the told me they have been dispatched and that i will receive a 50% voucher on my next order and that was fulfilled .My next three pairs arrived in time and right sizes good quality .

Absolute Lieblingsmarke

Nicht nur das Paket schnell bekommen sondern auch die Produkte eine sehr gute QualitÀt, man öffnet das Paket dann bekommt man direkt diesen gut riechend Duft von einen Herrlichen Duftstern und außerdem die Halskette die man kostenlos dazu bekommt ist auch großartig. Werde wieder bestellen absolute Lieblingsmarke

Súper recomendable. Buena y bonita. Gran empresa

La sudadera es muy bonita y tiene buen acabado, las letras en 3D quedan genial. Lo recomiendo. El único fallo fue que la entrega estimada era el día 9 y llegó el 13. No he recibido ningún detalle como dicen en otras reseñas. Edito la reseña. Se han puesto en contacto conmigo, me han enviado un regalo de 10€ y que hablarán con la empresa de transportes. Súper recomendable. Después de lavada sigue perfecta.

Sarà il quinto paio di scarpe che acquisto da loro, che dire partiamo dalla qualità del prodotto, 10 e lode nessuna imperfezione scarpa ottima e duratura nel tempo, il servizio clienti sempre pronto a supportarti se hai bisogno e c’Ú un problema, sulla spedizione altro punto a favore, spedizione super veloce con DHL, la mia esperienza con loro Ú più che positiva, io vi consiglio di acquistare scarpe da loro perché hanno tante varietà e colori e la qualità Ú eccellente
