I gave them a 4 out of 5 for a reason and that reason is they need to make sure they update their stock on the website constantly , but with that being said for them to be an over seas company thay made sure I was taken care of and communicated quickly and swiftly, As far as the actual product it is as advertised and the quality is superb. Love the shirts I got definitely will be shopping again. If your looking a more fashionable casual wear these are your best choices

En Febrero adquirí unas zapatillas y tras dos meses tuve problemas con su uso, tras contactar con atención al cliente, concretamente con su Responsable de Relaciones con el Cliente me ofreció la mejor solución que era enviarme unas zapatillas nuevas para que volviera a confiar en la calidad de la marca.

Es un placer hablar con alguien que escucha al cliente y le ofrece la mejor solución. Sin duda volveré a confiar en Martin Valen.

Habe Schuhe fur 80 Euro bestellt und nach 6 Wochen und mehreren Anfragen wurde keine Ware oder eine Sendungsverfolgung geschickt obwohl versichert wurde das die Ware innerhalb von 3 Werktagen fertig abgeschickt wird.

Edit: Nach einigen weiteren hin und her kam die Ware. Es wurde angegeben, dass das Paket beim Versand verloren gegangen war.
