Having recently used MM, Alex and Jonathan supported us throughout. Professional and Respectful throughout. It was incredibly important to us we fould a company who actually did what they said they would prior to instructing the company. Too often it is easy to sell a service that does not get met once you've paid. Communication and updates were outstanding, one would always come back to us quickly to answer any concerns. I would highly recommend MM as a professional company who put their clients needs at the forefront of they operate.

What can I say. 3 year journey I was suffering worst time in my life. Jonathan, Tom and Tas saved my life. From the start dealing with the police, through to Crown Court. My husband and I could not have had a better team than Thomas O’Brien and Dulcie Scott to guide us through a really frightening first experience with the police. What lovely people.
My query wasn't something that they specialised in but they were able to point me in the right direction of what I needed to do and to where I would have the best chance of finding the help that I needed with an explanation of why this was the case.
Which is something that other law firms and solicitors that I contacted left me wanting but couldn't seem to provide me with.

"I sought help from a solicitor after a workplace incident, confident in my innocence due to CCTV footage. Despite their reassurances, I was told not to worry, but no action was taken. I spent eight months in jail, including over Christmas, away from my children. The solicitor also failed to appear at arranged appointments, leaving me even more isolated. Even after my release, I carry a charge that I never should have faced, and it has blocked my employment opportunities. This experience has severely impacted my mental health, and I only now feel able to speak about it. they know from day one it was a set up I provide my innocence and they didn't follow it up regarding CCTV

Mary Monsons were extremely understanding and professional when it came to my matter, Thomas O'Brien and Taz were very knowledgeable and approachable promptly responding to emails or calls when I had and questions that I needed answered.

I contacted Mary Monson’s yesterday evening about 4pm and was immediately answered by a professional call handler who was kind and non judgmental. She searched for an available solicitor and said they would ring me back in 10 minutes and the person would be Tas.
Within the 10 minutes Tas did indeed call me and was very kind, again not judging with the details of my situation. She gave simple guidance and advice which gave me reassurance. So thank you Tas and I am confident I’ve found the right firm to represent me. I await a call today from a senior solicitor and I will be engaging this firm. Thank you.
