I contacted Mary Monson Solicitors…
I contacted Mary Monson Solicitors through a recommendation from a friend. Robert Bailey was the solicitor that I was given and he was very professional and responded to emails very quickly, he was also very easily contactable. The duty solicitor I had at the police station didn't answer phone calls or emails so I made the decision to contact a reputable law firm to defend me and I haven't looked back. I was acquitted of my 2 charges on the 27th July 2023 and I can finally move on with my life after 16 months of hell. I owe my life to Robert Bailey, Liam Cotrie and my barrister Graham Rishton.

Excellent service in a time when all feels lost.
At a time when I felt lost and not knowing who to turn to I found Mary Monson solicitors. After speaking to Liam Kotrie I felt that they were the people to handle my case. Thomas O'Brien was assigned to my case and I found him very approachable, any fears and questions I had were dealt with in a professional manner. They found me the best barrister I could hope for. The Greatest
I have been in United Kingdom for fifty years and seen some solicitors in that time. And i can confidently say that, Mary Monson Solicitors are the best firm out of them all. They often seem to have magic under their sleeves to defeat opposition in or out of court.
Criminal Defence Lawyer Emma Swindell in particular. She is the greatest. No wonder they describe this country as the Great Britain.

I want to thank Liam and Thomas for treating me with respect and for being kind. I can not thank them enough for helping me through my difficult time. They always helped me with any questions i had and always kept me updated about everything. Not once have i felt judged. I have alot respect for them and again im very grateful for everything they have done for me. Because of them i can move on with my life thank you so much. :) Truly the best.

A true genuine thoughtful company. Words cannot express my gratitude and respect for Mary Monson solicitors namely Liam, Thomas and many others. I came to them with nothing but a prayer and these guys delivered. I cannot stress how they made my anxieties more manageable by constantly being a shoulder to lean on. Advise was great fantastic knowledge of how to deal with the most challenging cases. They even supported with financial costs and other many obstacles my case presented these are genuine people with wellbeing of the client as priority. I owe this firm everything and recommend them to anyone who has the need for a solicitor. Prior to this I had a very negative impression of solicitors due to previous experiences but I can honestly say this has now changed and that's thanks to Mary Monsons.......God bless these great people

I want to thank Mary Monson Solicitors for their tremendous devotion and support in what can only be described as the most difficult and challenging 3 years of my life, I want to express my sincere gratitude to my lawyer Robert Bailey.
Robert was always on call and available whenever I needed him. As a person thrown into a unfamiliar situation dealing with matters above my realm of knowledge, Robert done a brilliant job in explaining matters candidly and putting me at ease and being a pillar of support throughout, Robert’s strong and calming presence eased my anxiety and gave me confidence going into my trial.
Dealing with this case in times of a pandemic where my trial had been postponed 3 times and every other hearing seemed to be postponed even further, was a challenge that Robert and Mary Monson Solicitors tackled head on and I can only be thankful for their due diligence when at times myself I felt like giving up.
I have the decision I wanted and can now move on with my life, thank you Robert Bailey and Mary Monson, I would recommend a million percent to anyone needing representation that your best interests will be looked after and they will do everything they can to ensure you have a positive outcome.

From the first time I met Nicola Tryers…
From the first time I met Nicola Tryers she was professional as well as understanding and caring. She made me feel at ease, and she played a big part of helping me to proof my innocence. Through the three weeks of the trial she was available any time of day or night even during the weekend. She helped me to try to understand the courts procedures, I had my doubts with my barrister again Nicola put my mind at rest, and she proved to be right as my barrister was amazing. I can honestly say this is the best…
I can honestly say this is the best solicitors Iv been to Callum and Liam both worked amazing together getting all my case together in the little time they had too !! and they couldn’t have been any more professional. I would definitely recommend this solicitors! I’m so glad I picked these to represent me as I really couldn’t have had anyone better. Callum has the patience of a saint and will do anything for you and same with liam on the day liam was so professional and relaxed he made me feel at ease !! And got the result we was all wanting to I can’t thank them enough !
