It was my first ever experience in prison and I was very nervous and stressed about the whole situation. My family found me Mary Monson in which I was then contacted by a solicitor called Jamie Dickson. Jamie helped me and went beyond her duties to ensure my time in prison was as stress free as it could be. If I had a problem I knew I could call Jamie and she would help me straight away. I had to be interviewed by police when I was accused of a crime I did not commit. Thomas was assigned to my case and provided a service free of charge, and did an impeccable job. He reassured me and explained the situation very clearly, and gave excellent advice for the police interview. The case was later closed. Still awaiting a response to a complaint made 2 years ago. I now have filed a further complaint against Liam Kotrie. How this man continues to practice law is a mystery to me.
