I LOVE Maxer. I have been using this company for hosting (used to be called Spiral). I recommend all of my website clients use them too, their service is outstanding.

Have always had fantastic support from these guys. Fast response times and always resolve any issues. This is why I have been with them over 10 years!

Best customer support ever. As simple as that. One of Maxer's employee spent two full on sessions (+/-2h) to help me transfer my domain name, help me setting up my Wordpress website and see how I can best secure my website. My previous domain/host providers took days to just email me back. Extremely happy to have switched to Maxer.

I've been hosting client websites with maxer (formerly spiralhosting) for many years now. I've used other webhosts but they don't come close to the level of support that maxer provides. They always go the extra mile and unlike some firms I've experienced, they put their best people into support, not newbies reading from a script or giving pfo answers. They also take great care of their servers and mail servers keeping those shared webhosting neighbourhoods clean. They are polite, honest and hard-working. Overall the best webhost I've ever dealt with.

I have been with Maxer (previously known as SpiralHosting) since 2013. I have worked with several other hosting providers via clients, but never have I encountered support as dedicated and prompt as the amazing team at Maxer. They consistently go above and beyond to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently, and their Dublin team is exceptional. I highly recommend Maxer to all my clients as they are in good hands with them.

Great Company with Steller Customer care. I manage some very busy websites and we had a hacking incident on three of them over the xmas. The Guys at Maxer made the whole process calming and professional. All websites were back to normal in a few days. Im so grateful and will be recommending them to all my Clients looking for a top class server in the future.

The response to my email regarding Error 500 was instant acknowledged. Ten minutes I had a reply and the problem was solved and rectified. 100% satisfactory.

My experience with maxterhost (now maxer) is that they are always there to help me. Regardless of the time or day, the support is very good. Also, the hosting packages and the services they provide list all their services in detail (!) in their website, something that almost all hosting providers do not do (They only write few thing about...). I hope they continue like this offering detailed and clear services.
