I’ve already done a review about 5 years ago and I’m going to write another. I just love this company. Following an email to inform everyone that the company name was changing, I hit the reply button in a moment of madness never thinking anyone would read it. I thought it would return me an automated response to say my email had hit their bin. I just wanted my message to go into the ether as my way of being polite and replying to a message. Not only did I get a response, but a personal reply from the founder. Can’t tell you how much that personal touch meant to me. You’ve got my custom forever no matter what you call your brilliant company. If you aren’t a customer, then you need to become one immediately. Nothing is too much trouble and they got me out of a deep hole with sage advice once upon a time - really outside their pay grade, but they were super kind and helped me anyway. For ever grateful. Good luck, you will always be considered my upward ‘Spiral’. Love you guys ❤️

I've been using Spiral Hosting as a domain and hosting provider since 2016 and they have never let me down. They're quick to respond and sort any issues, friendly and easy to communicate with around complex technical issues. It's an unrivalled 5-star service.

Great prices on .ie domains and their customer support has been great, I found a small bug in their site and their support offered a solution within seconds and were happy to pass it onto the team. Very please I found Spiral.

I've been with Spiral for a couple of years - had an issue with a PHO upgrade and Eric Cooper walked me through it in about 30 seconds, helped me make changes and did everything I could hope for.

I have no hesitation in recommending Spiral and if you're lucky enough to get Eric when you have an issue, tell him HB from The Mongrel Punt says he is a gun!

I have used quite a few hosting companies over the years, including some of the most well known, and I have to say that I have had the best experience with Spiral Hosting. Their support is excellent -speedy, helpful and courteous. Their hosting is reasonably priced, fast and can easily be upgraded if necessary. The customer dashboard is well laid out and easy to navigate. I've moved all my sites to Spiral and always recommend others to host with them. Highly recommended.

I have over a period of time had to contact Spiral Hosting for help. Not through any failure with Spiral Hosting but through errors on my part such as forgotten passwords and lack of understanding giving rise to problems. On all occasions I have received a quick response, simple explanation and painless resolution of the problem/s.

Once again Spiral customer service go above & beyond. As someone that is not a computer expert they make it easy to make changes I need to make. Would not change as this level of support is amazing and something I have never received at other hosting services I have used in the past.

Exceptional customer service, how a business should be run.

I have just transferred my hosting account back to Ireland and I picked Spiral Hosting because I had a lovely experience with them when helping with a 3rd party account.
Previously when moving hosting I did the move myself as I felt I could do it better. How wrong could I be. I had only been exploring whether to move to Spiral, but the speed of reply and the professionalism of the support through the chat line was so good and encouraging that I just took the bull by the horns and decided to let Spiral do the moving there and then.
The process was very straightforward for me and was done very quickly. I've generally been lucky with my dealings with other domain name and hosting providers but Spiral Hosting were in a different league as far as support is concerned.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I can say nothing but the best about the guys from spiral hosting. I had trouble resolving problems with my web developer but they stepped in and sorted everything in no time. Thank you
