Maxfind is sending me a new charging cable and charger port. Thanks for all your help!

There was a problem with the battery charging, I sent an email to Maxfind, they instantly responded requesting a short video of the issue which I did, once again a quick response from Maxfind, to say they are sending me a new battery.
Without a doubt this is exceptional customer service.

The experience was effortless and easy just the way I like it. Service was prompt and effective.

I had contacted them for a replacement part, as my belt snapped when riding. They arranged to send me a replacement belt free of charge. Always appreciated.

j'ai réalisé 2 achat sur le site de maxfind, le 18/09/2023 et le 19/09/2023. Suite à un accident, j'ai demandé à annuler ma commande. Le service client à alors accepté ma demande de remboursement. Jusque là, tout était honnête. Le problème est que nous sommes actuellement le 13/11/2023 et qu'aucun remboursement n'a été réalisé. Je n'ai donc ni ma commande, ni mon argent.

Je suis en colère car le service client ne répond plus et laisse une sensation d'escroquerie.

Retour négatif au bout de 3 semaines après ma commande chez Maxfind(actuellement nous sommes le 13/10/2023 et ma commande date du 25/09/2023. Ma commande n’est jamais partie de l’entrepôt et Maxfind ignore mes derniers messages qui demande le remboursement de mon achat. Fuyez le site Maxfind c’est un conseil

I've been using the Maxfind FF AT, since september 2022.

Pros:

- very powerful -> conquer any slope
- silent -> the board itself draws enough attention
- puncture-proof tyres -> safety for long distance
- battery swap -> safety for calculating the route
- Battery under 25% alert -> battery health care
- Fast customer service support within 24/48h
- Defective battery was replaced
- offroad: forest,grass,asphalt
- size: put it in the car trunk and go for a trip
- handle -> to carry upstairs
- weight -> to carry in diffucult road /forest/stairs situation

Cons:
- 2 extra battery pack - Delivered 2 months later. One battery pack was defective
-Replacement battery received over 6 months later
-Charge cable broke -> Due to the bending/ battery swap process after some time
-on gravel road -> too much vibration on the feet

Range: 20-23km offroad
Max speed: 41/42km/h (under load)
Recommendation: Eco mode: Gear 2 = 26km/h,the balance between speed and distance.

Feature request:

-Battery charge limit -> 80,85% for storage the battery
-Charge battery directly -> GX12/16 seperate connector on the battery pack
-Foldable handlebar - safety during the ride
-physical brakes -> Defective battery turned off during a ride downhill that's dangerous !

Overall a unique off road e-skateboard. The best balance between a e-bike and a e-scooter. the power, weight, puncture-proof tyres,battery swap and portable makes it possible, to have a vehicle to discover the world with portable e-mobility.

They keep deleting reviews for their products that doesn't suit them. Which is a huge NO.
The products are mediocre. They function but aren't thought through.
E.g. an AT Board without suspension but with "vacuum tires" (just normal rubber tires lol) isn't the best idea.

If you wouldn't delete my review everytime you might know whats wrong with my board and your product in general. But instead of listening to feedback and improving your product, you take the easy route and delete all negative reviews. Which is downright shady and not to be trusted.

This company this pure quality.

Firstly, the product quality is built to last and takes any beating with ease like a tank. I purchased the diy M5 kit over a year ago now, accumulated over 300 miles to date and still have zero complaints with my product. It’s well made, powerful and sleek and always gets eyes. Might I also add that the interchangeable batteries is an excellent feature.

The customer service is very helpful too. I recently purchased the incorrect part and after contact with the company, the issue was resolve in no time without any hassle. You talk to a real human too! Fast, thorough and friendly responses comes included which is hard to find nowadays.

Overall, I am very happy with Maxfind. They produce outstanding, robust products along with strong customer service and have made me lifelong customer. Thank you Maxfind.
