Worst Finance Company
I purchased a brand new Mercedes and after 24 hours the car had a serious mechanical issue, it needs a new cylinder head so I rejected the car and something that should of been quick and simple to sort out has turned out to be a nightmare. MB Finance have been awful and the handler is so unprofessional, he obviously works from home and can’t be bothered to do what he says. I’ve had an email to say the rejections been accepted but it’s still showing that I have a settlement figure and a few days after I received the email to confirm they accepted the rejection they then took my first payment, I was told by the handler to do a DD indemnity and to tell him when I’d done it so he could stop letters coming out, I did both of these things and today my Mercedes finance is now showing a missed payment and still showing a settlement figure even though it says the finance is settled. One department obviously doesn’t talk to the other, they don’t know what they’re doing, it’s total incompetence and I’ve now had to involve the financial ombudsman who have confirmed that now they have all the evidence I provided they be contacting MB Finance.

Mercedes had an issue with THEIR app. Typically when you submit a purchase it will let you know your payment has processed however this time it did not resulting in me hitting submit again. They charged me $405 TWICE when I called to have the addition payment refunded it was a run around from people who showed no empathy and was flat out rude to customers.. i then asked to speak to a manager was on hold for 25 minutes only to be told no manager was available.. I then speak to a escalation manager who again was not helpful and told me i would have to wait 10 days and be “ mailed a check” Mercedes has made me reconsider staying with them

Un retour d’expérience sincère et déçu concernant Mercedes-Benz Finance France
C’est avec une grande déception que je partage mon expérience avec Mercedes-Benz Finance France. En tant que client fidèle, j’ai acquis deux véhicules via leurs services, dont l’un durant la période délicate du Covid-19. Malgré les difficultés que cette période a pu engendrer, j’ai toujours honoré mes engagements financiers sans aucun retard, ce qui m’a même valu les félicitations de certains collaborateurs de Mercedes-Benz Finance pour ma rigueur.
Aujourd’hui, à l’issue de ma LOA avec option d’achat, et avec une situation financière et professionnelle bien meilleure qu’il y a 4 ou 5 ans, j’ai sollicité le financement d’un nouveau véhicule. À ma grande surprise, cette demande a été rejetée de manière catégorique, sans explication satisfaisante.
Cette expérience me laisse un goût amer, non seulement envers Mercedes-Benz Finance France, mais aussi envers la marque elle-même, qui, pour moi, est ternie par ce manque de considération. À ce jour, je ne peux m’empêcher de me poser la question : dois-je envisager d’autres alternatives auprès de marques concurrentes qui pourraient, peut-être, accorder plus d’importance à la fidélité et au sérieux de leurs clients ?
Je partage cet avis avec l’espoir que Mercedes-Benz Finance reconsidère ses approches et ses critères, car c’est la confiance et la fidélité de clients comme moi qui renforcent la valeur d’une marque.
Impossible to deal with
Impossible to deal with. They simply ignore anything you say and just repeat their position without regard to information and facts you provide. Used my old address to service legal notice even thought they were writing to me at new address over a dispute. Even knowing they were in the wrong, never even an apology. AVOID!

Eventually accepted new car was defunct. Accepted to accept the car back. 4 months later still waiting for my money back, noone returning calls, no one responding to my emails. Now receive an invoice for a car that's been damaged whilst in their possession for almost 5 months

Do not use this company for finance under any circumstances they are the biggest bunch of robin backstabbing shits ever put on the planet. They have zero empathy towards any circumstances and I would never ever ever recommend them to anyone as long as there is air in my lungs.

per un normalissimo verbale di riconsegna auto che contesto, contratto per 120000 km la riconsegno con 60000 , carrozzeria e vetri perfetti sul verbale il perito non indica nessun danno mi mandano una fattura di 300 euro con scritto addebito danni rilevati in sede di riconsegna ..... ma quali danni!! telefono in tutta italia nessuno sa niente ti rispondono che mi ricontattano RIDICOLI.

Made an early settlement payment 2 days into the agreement by debit card. Transaction cleared with my bank within a day, but mbfs claim they don't have the money. Absolute scam mongers. I'm now £20k lighter and am still liable for the original payments presumably. Stay well away.

Et oui mercedes en matière de financement,ce sont les pires.voilà une dizaines d'années que je suis chez mercedes et depuis la mise en place du financement "MBFS" que des frais qui sortent de je ne sais où,les démarches demandées non effectuées en temps et en heure,bref si vous devez vous faire financer un véhicule mercedes et que le vendeur vous parle de "MBFS",un conseil,fuyez loin. Slechte ervaring met Mercedes Financial Services: Geen gehoor bij problemen
Ik raad niemand aan om te leasen via Mercedes Financial Services. Wanneer er iets misgaat, krijg je geen gehoor en laten ze je in de kou staan. Ze pretenderen dat je “zorgeloos” je auto rijdt, maar er zijn alleen maar zorgen bijgekomen. Onnodige extra kosten en voor elk klein dingetje ben je veel tijd kwijt omdat alles moeizaam geregeld wordt.
Inmiddels heb ik vijf weken geleden een uitgebreide klacht ingediend van meerdere pagina’s. Elke week dat ik geen gehoor heb gehad, heb ik opnieuw gemaild met het verzoek tot erkenning en het in behandeling nemen van mijn klacht. Tot op heden heb ik geen enkele vorm van reactie van Mercedes ontvangen. Ik heb enorm veel spijt dat ik een leasecontract bij hen ben aangegaan en adviseer iedereen om een leasemaatschappij te kiezen die wel klaarstaat voor hun klanten.

Chiedo una PROROGA di un contratto di noleggio a lungo termine in scadenza a fine settembre e contestualmente un contatto telefonico per poter comunicare le mie esigenze e definire i dettagli contrattuali.
SI RIFIUTANO PER MOTIVI DI "TRASPARENZA" (SIC!) di farmi parlare con qualsiasivoglia commerciale limitando le comuicazioni a semplici mail...
Mi arriva, dopo reiterati solleciti, uno straccio di documento (un foglio di stampa tecnica senza nessun tipo di spiegazione) :
1) TACITAMENTE PRIVATO di alcune condizioni (p.e. rimborso dei km contrattuali non percorsi)
2) INCREMENTATO DI 60 €/mese
3) con VALIDITA' IMMEDIATA perchè scritto nel corpo della mail... (quindi incrementato già in vigenza del mio precedente contratto)
Chiedo spiegazioni ed un contatto NESSUNA RISPOSTA

Vile low life scam artists.
Took out a lease over three years in a Mercedes Van.
On the day before pick up I had an email stating they would check the van on the drive for any damage.
I was shown the video and photos that the assessor took and they were all good. Even the assessor said no damage and one of the best he had ever collected.
Fast forward 6 weeks I get a bill of Mercedes Benz financial services for £600. Stating there was damage to the roof and side panel.
In the end I took it to the financial ombudsman who found in my favour, no bill to pay.
They are low life crooks that try this on with everyone.
In your contract you sign to say they can check it when it is back with them for damage. After the van as been gone two weeks, several hundred miles back on the van.
Luckily I had kept the email were they stated that they would check for damage on the day. Apparently I should not have been sent this email.
They are vile. I would not use them or any other of the services ever again.

Be sure to take your own photos and videos on the day before the car / van is taken. Otherwise you will live to regret it.

Should be taken to court. Just because my daughter squared up the finance 2 days after her total amount to be paid of. They took another months money out and said sorry your fault that month is non refundable. So technically they made a months money out of her .

if you fall onto the trap of signing a contract for a whatever period of time , little to you know if you decide to pay off early they are going to take their interest in total in the beginning of your payments so you will be charged not for the time it took you to pay it but the term on the agreement . they are more than happy to take extra payments to bring you agreement closer to the end but they r eminent to rip you off and charge you for a period that there will be no outstanding amount
my son bought a car £30000 took a finance for the amount of £25978.00 I been helping him to pay it before the 12 month thinking we was going to avoid the 4 year interest by making monthly payments of 2300£ monthly only to find out they are going to charges 60 month interest despite you paying it of in 11 months , their excuse to charge you 50% of teh loan on the 1st 12 month is because its on the agreement , he bought the car 4 months ago we paid over £8181.00 to this date and the outstanding is now £25067.20.
may i just add teh car seller in south end on sea Mercedes dealership did state very clearly we would be only charge for the time it would take us to pay as we was very clear we wanted to pay it in 12 month but said they didn't do the 12 month finance agreement but i could pay earlier and wouldn't be charge the extra interest rates . ( utterly false )
there's no costumer respect or care , instead of appreciating a loan being paid earlier and only charge a standard 12 month interest rates if paid before than , they are opting for charging 60 month interest for a 11 month term , somehow i don't think its legal but they claim that it is , just got off the phone where i was told that i would be paying the £8900.00 of interest regardless of the length ill be seeking legal advice and if so ill be refinancing with a different lander . this note comes to advice future costumers not to use Mercedes finance it will only encourage them to rip off people
i was sold fraudulently a 60 month finance agreement when i just wanted a 12 month and now forced to pay 60 month interest for a 48 month 0 outstanding period

Nightmare company!!! Despicable. They owe me over 25k for a vehicle that needs returning and they still messed up my credit file, never reply my calls and emails. Anthony Bagheshian is my case handler but the whole organisation should be struck off.
