Se potessi dare -10 stelle le darei.
Contratto intestato a mio nonno.
Chiudiamo il finanziamento e rimane da recuperare un importo per servizi manutenzione non fruiti e quindi da riaccreditare a noi clienti.
Non vediamo arrivare l’importo e scopriamo che erroneamente Mercedes Madrid (che si occupa di queste procedure) ha accreditato i soldi sul conto di Mercedes Italia (per errore).
Un errore ci può stare, ma una volta scoperto l’arcano, ci fanno aspettare altri mesi per riavere una somma che loro erroneamente avrebbero già dovuto corrispondere.
Una porcheria di servizio del genere nemmeno nel terzo mondo…..
Morale: se avete i soldi comprate, se non li avete fatevi un finanziamento con la banca che fate prima.
Lasciate perdere sti servizi scatole cinesi che quando è ora di rimborsarvi vi fanno passare le pene dell’inferno….

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service. They sent a letter out with debt advice because I owed 2p on my account. It costs more than that to print and post the letter. I phoned them up to pay the 2p and an extremely rude unprofessional man answered the phone. Asking for all my details for security which I answered correctly, but I had forgotten I had recently changed banks and provided the wrong bank but quickly corrected myself and gave the right bank name to him. His attitude was vile, refused to help me any further, even though I went through deep thorough security questions that only I would know. I asked to speak to someone else if he wasn’t willing to help me and he said “no I’m not going to do that, goodbye” and ended the call.

I was in a queue waiting for my call to be answered for 45 minutes. If they want their 2p they’ll be getting it in cash, and sent to them via post. I won’t be dealing with such amateur customer advisors again. Mercedes are amazing cars, shame the staff don’t match.

*update, a lovely lady named Bisma helped me in the end and it was all rectified very quickly. I informed her of the bad service and even she laughed at the 2p issue and labelled it ridiculous. Because it is. Bisma, you have really good customer service, don’t ever let your team pull you down.

Too much to list..

Too much to list... unprofessional clowns! NEVER AGAIN will I own an MB. Great Cars & Manufacturer but the US Finance & Car dealers are complete GARBAGE! Glad I switched to BMW and LOVING MY NEW 8 Series! buh'bye Mercedes...

GLORIFIED LOAN SHARKS & UNPROFESSIONAL

Approached me as if I am a street criminal and they had no interest in resolving the matter professionally. Their client service line is either never reachable and once you do their consultants are rude. WORST AFTER SERVICE- GLORIFIED MASHONISA/LOAN SHARKS. They do not represent the calibre of the brand name, Mercedes.

Bunch of crooks

Had issues from the start of my finance agreement all the way to when the vehicle was returned and auctioned off.

These crooks added so many false damages to increase how much money they could rob from me. When the BCA engineer came to examine the car their were no damages whatsoever. However soon as the vehicle reached the premises of mercedes benz they somehow found damage to the door panels, interior mirror and the alloy wheels.

They are now threatening me with legal action for not paying a bill of nearly £500 for damages that don't even exist

Zeer slechte ervaring!!!!

Schade ontstaan aan de auto door toedoen van de tegenpartij. Tegenpartij heeft schade erkend en ook alle papieren aangeleverd. Ook is er een getuige, waarvan de gegevens ook bekend zijn bij Mbfs. Onnodig wachten wij nu bijna 3 maanden op een reactie, omdat het dossier zogenaamd nog in behandeling is. Er wordt totaal niet aan de klant gedacht.
Het eigen risico is zonder bericht echter wel binnen een paar weken afgeschreven.
Daarnaast innen zij automatisch bedragen van de rekening zonder hierbij iets aan te geven.
Wanneer om een uitleg wordt gevraagd, wordt hier helemaal niet op gereageerd.
Triest!!

Remember Mercedes Benz Finance and Inchcape are Franchises

I would strongly advise against using Mercedes Benz finance, as the reviews indicate that their service is extremely disappointing. It is important to be cautious when sharing your personal details with them. They seem to have a poor track record of responding to complaints promptly, and their customer service representatives often fail to follow through. It appears that their remote work situation may have contributed to this decline in service quality. In such cases, I recommend reaching out to the German company owner of Mercedes, who franchises out the brand. By informing them about the subpar service experienced in the UK, it is likely that they will take it seriously and work towards a better resolution. Germany prides itself on providing good customer service, so they will be motivated to address any issues that could potentially tarnish their brand.

Les ennuis commencent dès qu'on rend le véhicule.
Vous avez signé un contrat avec MBFS, mais MBFS se cache derrière "l'importateur" dès qu'il s'agit de réclamer de l'argent avec des arguments vagues et sans justification.
Exemple 1 : un "expert indépendant" évalue l'état du véhicule et dresse une liste des interventions à faire. Après avoir rendu la voiture un autre "expert" dresse une liste différente et MBFS envoie une facture avec des motifs arbitraires. Les réparations de griffes ou autres broutilles qui n'ont pas été réparées directement dans un garage MB sont qualifiées de "mauvaises" par "l'importateur" et ils facturent des "frais" sans autre explication.
Exemple 2 : au terme du contrat, MBFS envoie un courrier dans lequel il est entre autres indiqué que l'entretien ne doit pas être dépassé de 5000 Km, mais même s'il reste encore 10.000 Km à parcourir jusqu'au prochain entretien, si le compteur de jours (!) indique un dépassement (même de 10-15 jours), MBFS (qui se cache toujours derrière "l'importateur") facture un entretien arbitraire.
La communication est très difficile, car à chaque occasion la personne en contact n'est au courant de rien, les pièces fournies ne figurent pas dans les dossier, bref personne n'est responsable de rien, c'est toujours quelqu'un d'autre dans une autre structure..... le système intransparent parfait pour soutirer de l'argent aux clients en les lassant.

NEVER AGAIN

Interested in upgrading my car to a newer model my local MB Dealer recommended I call MBFS to confirm a settlement figure. Well, that was a mistake. The next thing I knew my agreement was canceled with immediate effect, and was being threatened with repossession and a host of fees—no issues with my payments. All on time. Turns out that a change in my circumstances wasn't reflected in the agreement even though I had email confirmation over a year ago. No debate, no alternate options, no discussion. Pay up or we take the car to an auction and you pay the delta along with any fees. Fortunately, I was able to clear the finance to avoid this scam. Well done MBFS you've lost one more customer. Will never buy Mercedes again!

Fraudulent how they make up charges…

Fraudulent how they make up charges I’ve just got a county court summons today after trying to sort this, excess charges and there’s nothing you can do as the car goes straight to auction my car was checked twice with no faults of tyres been illegal but when it was checked at the garage ( car auction ) faults were found which I dissagreed with this part of the charges but to no avail.
So this is my second Mercedes on fiancé and the second time this has happened with them. it’s like a plot to get more money out of you as you’ve left and gone elsewhere

J'ai loué pendant 10 ans ma batterie de ma SMART Electric, je n'ai pas utilisé le taxi pendant cette durée sauf cette fois ci, la dernière, cependant le distributeur n'a pas voulu car il y avait un problème de date c'est à dire une durée trop tardive de l'entretien. j'ai déboursé 65e par mois pendant 10ans, ma garantie finie ce 5 juillet 2023.
Donc je peux dire que je ne prendrais plus de SMART sur le principe, et j'éviterai ce distributeur aussi qui a fait la maintenance de cette batterie et a qui j'ai acheté il y a 10 ans cette voiture.

Mercedes Financial Services Poor Experience

I had an A-Class personal lease car and have been stung for the value of £500 at the time of the return of the vehicle. The car itself has ALWAY's bottomed out on the UK roads even when crawling over speed bumps which has resulted in a scuff on the underneath of the bumper. This is £210. Tyre front had a scuff on the sidewall that was 1mm deep and less than the size of a penny, £150. Wheel scuff (£110, this I accept as it was two inches long!), a slight dent in the door that I did not even know was there until the man turned up to 'evaluate' the car -£50.
MBfs should be ashamed. The mileage was 15000 over 4 years on a 10,000 mile a year contract as they might have noticed that the world changed somewhat in 2020, so 25,000 miles under and I can bet that they make money on this fact. Ridiculous company, I have gone back to BMW as I never had any of these issues with them and I would recommend that anyone thinking of leasing a Mercedes that you think very carefully about entering a contract with this lot, I can never see me getting another Mercedes in my lifetime after this experience.

So well done MBfs you have lost another customer.

Jump through the hoops to finally get a settlement figure.
Press 1 if you are the agreement holder.
3 times it doesn't recognise me, and then cuts me off. You couldn't make it up.

They tell you that you have to wait…

They tell you that you have to wait upto 8 weeks on any decision that’s made by them we have a Mercedes GLE 43 that’s not fit for the road, coolant constantly leaks out, rusty side steps, recall on vehicle, trim hanging off, advisories on Mot never done before we bought it, just not good, won’t give you a hire vehicle or nothing, was told by Mercedes Benz Warrington that interest is charged on a daily basis and amount owing gets deducted day by day, when we got the settlement figure that’s not the case, Mv67CGG

Esperienza negativissima

Esperienza negativissima. Poco disponibili coi clienti a cui non danno spiegazioni. Oltre un mese per l’approvazione di un leasing aziendale con vari annullamenti tecnici e richiesta continua di documenti, rivoltomi a casa concorrente approvazione in 1 giorno. Fraudulent overcharging From Mercedes through British Car Auctions

A Mercedes GLE was returned in excellent condition but a bill was later received with fictitious extra charges.
They even added a charge for when I didn't possess the car, and several invented charges on the infamous second inspection at British Car Auctions site. The inspection on collection had none of these extra charges added which were on the second 'inspection' conducted by the company benefitting from the charges, so a clear conflict of interest.

£538.78 were eventually acknowleded as incorrect, but they still tried to insist on other false charges.

This company clearly uses the return procedure as a mechanism for materialising bonus profits by manipulating the reports.

MSFS do not talk to you, and use debt collection agencies to harrass you into accepting their false charges.

Nearly every review here has a similar experience and Mercedes is evidently not bothered, but one complaint multiplies to many other people, so when sales eventually fall they may realise this outrageous policy is harming their brand.

As many here, I was a Mercedes user for many years, SLs, SLKs, GLE but now never a Mercedes again. I will fight this all the way in court as Mortimer Clark have kindly suggested, and will notify trading standards. MBFS tried to block our application to the Ombudsman. Avoid this company.

We all know Mercedes Benz are well-made…

We all know Mercedes Benz are well-made brilliant cars but unfortunately, we can not say the same about MBFS I leased a car for 2 yrs it was returned in immaculate condition with only 6000 mile on the clock and collected by BCA however after a final inspection I received a bill for damages of £1100 I disputed this bill amazingly MBFS halved the Bill to £550 I still disagreed and my advice to everyone is to use the financial Ombudsman they investigated and found in my favor if MBFS can rip you off they will I would not ever recommend using MBFS ever again

MBF took ballon payment TWICE over a 13 Day period I was informed 2 nd payment refund would only be received in 10/14 days Systems Systems the excuse for taking monies twice plus no Director can be spoken to MBF do NOT understand the principle of taking ownership of problem run like a Mickey Mice Cartoon
