I can't fault the service that was provided, but the cost is another issue.

I was in a non fault bike accident, and the other sides insurance could not act upon my request and requirements and so because they were not willing to toe the line I had no choice but to involve Mcams.

As a result, I received a big bike on merit, but read the small print and calculate the costs - for just over 30 days hire with some extra's the total bill was just under 8K which you could end with if the other side's insurance doesn't want to pay, and it could go to court and you may end up with that bill as it did in my case... Luckily this case didn't quite make the court room, but was sorted out of court on the day...

I'm just saying be careful and watch the pitfuls when you've signed the paper work, but other wise the service was good.

The entire team at Mcams have been amazing and really accommodating. Marco the area manager has gone far above and beyond the reasonable amount of effort to make this seriously stressful time for me so much easier to deal with. If there are any motorcycle riders out there without Mcams cover then you seriously need to find your local approved dealer and sign up ASAP.

I have been dealing with McAms for a number of years now. I have always found them to be genuine, honest and direct - they just get the job done! Our rep Ben is very professional and will always bend over backwards to help!

Marco from McAMS came to visit me late last year. Great guy to deal with, and he explained how the service works. McAMS offer my customers a first class accident management service with a loan bike within 24 hrs of the case being taken on. The loan bike is 'like for like' in engine cc, which is something that I've not been able to offer my customers in the past.
It's win win, with my customer looked after royally and us as a dealership getting paid promptly for the repair/recovery/storage.

An excellent service that I'd highly recommend. If you are a repair centre, or have had a motor accident because of the fault of a third party, get in touch with McAms, you'd be mad to let the accident repair go to the insurer!!

As most would think just sounds to good to be true or someone somewhere is being stung for it in the end,
But no its a must have as a business in the motorcycle trade there are
several important points, First is for the business by way off less running around,making calls and emails etc to several different people and chase chase chase trying to get info and time scales to keep the customer informed, And a point of contact when we need any info be it by way of contacting McAMS office staff or my area contact Marco Oliveira who both for me have been excellent, And we get paid a decent level very promptly for the service we provide.
And for the customer who also has a lot less running around as in the cases that i have dealt with have only had to make the one phone call and McAMS staff have taken full control of the situation from there all the way to the end most excellent.

We have been dealing with McAMS for a good few years and the service we recieve for ourselves and our customers are second to none.

If ever we need any help or information Adam Jackson has always been available to explain and guide us through the process. His experience and knowledge of the industry has meant every case we have put through McAMS goes through smoothly and efficiently. Personally we are very happy with the service McAMS provides for both the customer, the dealer and we will continue to use them.

As a professional garage we were very sceptical at first and thought it was all too good to be true.
After a visit from rebecca van havere we changed our minds.She took time to explain the whole process to us and she was very knowledgeable and could answer all of our questions.

It wasn't long after her visit we had our first customer with a case. The service provided was excellent and it took all the worry out of doing in the job. The customer was supplied with a courtesy car very quickly and was very happy how quickly and efficiently the whole job was sorted out.

Here at Arnolds Motorcycles in Burton on Trent, the last 12 months have seen us more than double our revenue from accident repairs. This considerable increase can be attributed solely to our decision to become business partners with McAms.

McAms have proved themselves on multiple occasions to be a formidable and invaluable ally in the ongoing struggle against losing potential repair work to the large “central repair centres” often forced upon clients by their somewhat belligerent insurers. Following a simple phone call to or from the client following their accident is all that’s required for McAms to make the decision to assist.

It’s this simplicity which has made our working relationship with McAms all the more agreeable with our only obligations being to do what we do best, repair motorcycles.

McAms offer superb rates for collections, labour and always honour the original estimate without any of the usual haggling associated with such claims. Furthermore (and perhaps most importantly) they are extremely swift to make payments which is a major advantage for us when chasing those quarterly targets!

To my mind, there is an equally beneficial advantage to using McAms and that is the service the customer receives. Not only have all our customers enjoyed the use of a courtesy bike (delivered and supplied by McAms within 24 hours) but in all cases we have had nothing but praise for the way their claims have been handled. This of course, ultimately reflects considerably well on us and almost guarantees future custom whether it be sales or service work.

I would have no hesitation in recommending McAms to any motorcycle dealerships with the facility to repair. They are phenomenally knowledgeable, personable and simply there to help you increase your profits in the one sector of the market which is ultimately out of our control. To put it bluntly, it really is a no brainer!

2015 was the first year P&H Motorcycles have been working with McAms. To date I haven't received any negative feedback from any of our customers or internal accounts departments alike. They take the hassle away from both the customer and the dealership to ensure all is dealt with efficiently and effectively. Lawrence is a top rep. He is always available should you need him. We have been with McAMS now for over a year and recently had a visit from the new area manager Marco Oliveira, until then we were a bit unsure how the service worked for both dealer and our customers.

It wasn't long then after it was all explained, we got set up we had our first customer with a case. Luckily it went through as the customer had only purchased his new bike and took delivery on the 1st of March, and only had it for 10 days before the incident!

Payment wise, no need to worry as the whole process is totally professional and very simple to get to grips with when you get going.
