The fact that the order was canceled…
The fact that the order was canceled before making contact and now I have to wait upto 10 days for my money back is absolutely shocking. I was a regular customer until tonight. I won’t be going there again

Great service
I stupidly sent a payment for a meal to the wrong shop which was to far away I contacted mealzo and they were great. Franklin sorted it out and arranged a refund back to my bank thank you Franklin for your help

I messaged Mealzo on Friday night as I placed an order at a local takeaway and I received no response. My message to Mealzo was picked up by Bruce and the issue was dealt with it quickly and promptly and I received a full refund the next day
