I got the Meepo rover and it’s a great board for the price point it is at. It goes over sidewalks and road with ease and it handles off-road very well. The back wheel ripped after only 80 miles and I reached out to customer support and they were more than happy to send me a replacement after a couple of photos, highly recommend for any starters out there.

My only complaint is that my rear truck snapped after about nine months of use, which I have learned is a common problem with their older models. If you get a newer model this shouldn't be an issue, and the customer service was phenomenal and sent me a new truck and hub motor free of charge. Highly recommend this brand, the boards are a lot of fun and their customer service is amazing.

I have been very happy with how responsive this company has been and couldn’t be having more fun on my board!! If you want to have more fun and change your summers forever, buy a meepo board!!! Especially Bonnie, has been such an absolute pleasure to work with!

They made all my problems go away, I’m seeing if the warranty covers belts too. But the meepo vader 4wd carbon edition is a monster very good board and has given me more opportunity on a board than ever thought possible.

The customer service and company as a whole truly understands their customer and is willing to help make sure they have a great experience with the product by standing by it and rewarding loyalty: I will be coming back to by my 3rd board from Meepo in the near future!

my board belts went out on me and i contacted them about my warranty but it’s not part of it still they sent me out some belts

I am very happy with the customer service as i had a battery malfunction under warranty. The guys responded immediately with spares and i was able to get moving again almost immediately.

I did not expect the battery to fail within months of purchase but i still give the 5 stars because its a good product. (Meepo AMP. My daughter particularly loves it and its ok for me, 70kg, as well) I hope they invest more into the lightweight hybrid concept e skateboards with more upgrades / versions. If further innovations happen with more lightness, id happily get the next version again. I hope to see lighter board / drops / trucks / batteries. And of course, improved battery charging management / batteries. Speed limit in my country is 25kmh so i dont need it to go any faster. Smaller and lighter would be appreciated.

My experience with Meepo was amazing. The customer service is kind and responsive. I'm more than happy with the two boards i bought refurbished. Everything was on time and packaged well. No complaints here!

I got my meepo envy board in October and I love it. I recently had problems with the battery. After charging it and turning it on, the battery lasted about 30 seconds before dying. I sent a video to meepo explaining what was wrong. Their response was prompt and they are now in the process of sending me a new battery. I really like the way meepo handles things, and I will be a repeat customer.

Very good job and replaces parts when they break for free. Overall great boards to buy

Meepo have become a scam in Europe.
I ordered a board on black Friday for around $600 and looked forward to get it soon as I have gotten two fantastic boards from them in 2020 and 2024.

But this time, customer service simply lies and says it will come in stock "next week" because it's currently in transit to European warehouse. They promised before Christmas, in January and now they don't know when it will come (it won't come).

They withdrew my money the day after the order and now refuse to return the payment and says that.net is different from .com. Which is simply a lie.

Really sorry that they have become a scam company.

No news on the board although the full payment was sent. Meepo Intl tells me they are not responsible for their distributor in EU. DO NOT BUY!!!

I am sharing this to inform other buyers.

I ordered and paid a Meepo board (≈500€) on September 23. More than 4.5 months later, nothing has been delivered.

• No delivery
• No tracking number provided
• No customs document
• Customer support stopped replying
• My order has disappeared from my Meepo account

For months, Meepo claimed the board was “stuck in customs”, but never provided:
– any official customs document
– any MRN number
– any transport proof

Despite over 3 months of repeated exchanges, nothing was resolved.

Meepo Europe says they cannot help.
Meepo headquarters says they cannot intervene.
Refund and reshipment were both refused.

This is not a delay. It is a paid order with no delivery and no resolution.
It is unfortunate that giving 0 stars is not an option.

J'ai acheté un skate meepo électrique en novembre. La livraison devait s'opérer fin janvier... mais rien aucune nouvelle du numéro de tracking ou encore de la société de livraison !! Aucun retour de leur part malgré mes relances. Attention cela semble être une société très peu fiable

This E Skateboard company is outstanding ! I purchased a Hurricane Vader geardrive after comparing many many others on the market and concluded this machine is far superior than any of their competition of the pricepoint. They stand by their product and provide excellent customer service. Meepo for life !

DO NOT BUY. Board never received and the customer service has stopped answering.

As an avid cyclist, I own a gravel bike, a mountain bike and an EBike. I saw an eBoard video on YT so I decided to try one out. What attracted me to the Meepo Rover was the price and reviews. Let me say that I am so happy I went with it. I love the feel of speed and agility it gives you. In fact I liked it so much that I just purchased a second one, The Meepo Flow. Both are great in their own way.

Achtung! Betrüger! Ich habe ein Board für knapp 500€! Bestellt und es nie erhalten. Anfragen werden nicht beantwortet! Telefonisch ist niemand zu erreichen (Telefonnummer außer Betrieb!)

I ordered meepo v3 max in July, ever since purchase I have had nothing but problems. I have only road this board a handful of times before being thrown off due issues with power. I have contacted customer services more times then I can count. They sent a new battery which didn’t solve the problem. To which I explained and they ignored my concerns and sent another battery. When this didn’t work they refused to refund me despite selling a product that is not fit for purpose. I have been refused refund and they keep trying to fob me off with different parts that haven’t arrived. I am so disappointed and appalled by this company. I will never purchase anything again and highly urge people to avoid at all costs. Hundreds of pounds down the drain. A board I can’t ride and can’t get refunded. What a waste of time and disappointment
