I had my board just over two months ago and I’m experiencing battery issues, however the meepo team agreed to send me a new battery! Overall I like the product!

I had an issue with my boards battery
I had an issue with my boards battery, and after an admittedly long amount of time spent going back and forth with customer service (shout-out Bonnie, she really helped and was very patient the whole time) diagnosing the problem, I was able to get a new battery, battery case, and a few other goodies free of charge even though my warranty had recently expired. They did a phenomenal job determining what was wrong and were incredibly patient and concise with the instructions the whole time.

I bought a Meepo Rover for my son and I couldn’t be happier. The build quality is outstanding for the price and the customer service I received was exceptional. I experienced a minor issue during the first week and Meepo customer service was beyond understanding and super quick to respond and solve my issue.

Customer service is trying to fool you
Customer service is trying to fool you. They promised extra 100usd for selected parts when you buy 2 voyagers. After tje voyagers came, they rejected to give those 100usd for parts. What is more, after 2months battery and esc died, i have waited 3months for replacement parts 😀 later on, remote died, ordered new one for 70usd.
Customer service and order fulfillment…
Customer service and order fulfillment times are garbage compared to competitors. Backfire brand ships in about 10% of the time it takes meepo and that's if meepo fulfills your order at all. First order was lost. 2nd order waited 2 months and the then refunded my my money. Order 3 for tubes takes a month. Do yourself a favor and choose anyone else for a board and thank me later. All there other reviews are a smoke screen I promise you.
Amazing board
Amazing board, well developed and great services. I was well impressed with this. Considering I used it in the rain plenty and never gave problems for a while, and even when it did, I just ordered a new ESC board and now it's working fine again!
Stay away
Stay away, if you get the wrong charger or part they won’t return or exchange item they say you’re stuck with it
Voyager Gear Drive and customer service is top notch
I bought Voyager 2022 version with newer remote and I got to say, they are amazing!! I immediately upgraded to their gear drive + new remote and it has been amazing. Range is great and it's so damn fun to carve around my area with nice noise coming from the gear drive.
They are one of the most chill brand I ever come across and their customer service is amazing. I love the fact that they are always willing to help out when needed and their friendly and respect manner along with top quality boards and parts is reason why I chose to go with Meepo.
Meepo has been around for a long long time and they keeps on improving!

Been trying to contact Meepo customer service for a week with multiple emails but no response. They are great when you buy something from them but are terrible with customer service.
Worst customer service
I got a meepo v5 and it broke after 4 days of regular riding. I didn't do anything crazy with it just rode up and down the street. I had a 60 day warranty. I emailed customer service and they just gave me vague instructions on how to DIY fix it. They sent me the wrong part and accused me of doing something wrong. When I finally convinced them that they sent me the wrong part with video evidence they acted like they knew it was a problem all along and said they needed to talk with their technicians. Ive been dealing with them for weeks just to solve an issue that should've never happened in the first place. They refuse to offer any compensation and keep making do DIY after DIY. It's still broken.

I ordered a wall mount for the skateboard. It arrived broken. I reached out to them for a return and they said “no” because it was outside the 7 day window. It was not opened until 10 days later due to being a Christmas gift. It was literally broken in the box when they opened it. If you ship something broken you should take a return. Do not use this company.

I'm new to the electronic skateboard community and Meepo made me feel welcomed. I recently purchased the V3S board and I'm impressed with how well built it is and the very reasonable price. If you're looking to get into eskateboards, I highly recommend Meepo.
Bought one board
Bought one board, pretty good for 1 year. Started to have issues and had to replace the battery. Then the replacement battery got weird so I had to switch to another battery. Good thing they had a free replacement or else it would’ve been bad.

I ordered the wrong adapters for my Voyager X limited. Please make sure if you have a kegel adapter n you want to put on abec wheels that you buy abec adapters! I made a mistake n bought kegel adapters but Meepo saved the day. Customer service was quick to reply and reach out to me and ship me out a new pair of adapters! I was overjoyed! We spend a lot of time n money on things these days but it is so refreshing to know that their are amazing n friendly companies like Meepo that prove they care by making Great products n ensuring you are able to keep riding!! 6 months, no boards sent, no refund offered, now ignoring me
It's been 6 months since I've purchased 2 V5s from Meepo's website. They were never shipped and my money was never returned, now they have started ignoring me. I'm just clueless why they have done this to me, I've ordered multiple times from them a couple years ago when I got my V3 and had no issues but now it seems they're taking advantage of me and essentially scammed me. Beware purchasing new products from them, even if you ordered before, they might just choose not to send your boards. I'm not exaggerating I ordered 6 months ago and they never attempted to ship it to me.
Still Waiting
I love electric skateboarding and was so excited to upgrade to a Meepo Hurricane. I ordered it in mid August and it arrived about 2 weeks later. After riding it for one day I tried to charge the battery and it would not take a charge. I contacted Meepo and they told me to send a video or photos with a voltage meter showing the problem. I purchased the meter and sent the video. Meepo agreed to send me a new battery. I was pleased with their response so I purchased some upgraded tires from Meepo. When the tires arrived, two of the four would not hold air and after 43 days I have still not received the replacement battery. I would rather simply return the board and get a refund but Meepo will not do refunds. I should have done more research regarding their no return policy but it is frustrating to spend over $1,000 and not be able to enjoy or return the board. While Meepo has said they will replace the battery and the tires, I have not seen them. If the board arrived in 2 weeks, it should not take months to receive replacement parts. I am not confident with the reliability or customer service going forward with this company.

First of all the board took almost 6 months to deliver. Double the time to what was promised.
Then already after the second time using it one of the sleeves started to make a grinding noise.
After reaching out to the customer service and asking to replace the broken part they only keep sending me a link to their shop to buy the broken part.
