The delivery company is really letting them down - scheduled a delivery and then didn’t show up without any coms . No real effort to resolve things so I ended up cancelling my order and ordering from another supplier.

good quality goods at a fair price , delivered on time and in good condition

Very quick delivery for my table and easy to put together. I also had to get in touch with the company as we had a missing piece and their reply was the same day with the replacement piece arriving the day after. Very happy with the product and service I received!

We have bought a number of items and every single item received was damaged and a lot of items didn't line up so had bits sticking out where they shouldn't be and lots of wood that has bowed so had to wait for replacement parts to be sent out.
And thier customer service matches the quality of the products received.

I regret buying furniture from them and wouldn't advise anyone to do so !

I don’t usually write bad reviews at all usually I just get on with it but this company is awful I brought a small sideboard unit delivery was great came quick I then had an issue with the top part of the sideboard it was bent that much their was no way of me using it so I had to ring them up as I didn’t want to return it they had told me I would have to pay delivery for a return it was then only until my partner had a go they then offered to send a new top part out which I was okay with and then again delivered quickly but the new top part had glue on and was also a lighter colour which I wouldn’t have minded but their was no way of me getting the glue off I don’t asked for another I was offered a part refund but I wanted the sideboard so was happy waiting so comes the third top part which was great still a bit lighter but didn’t care was happy with it I then finally took the rest at the box to assemble as I have already been waiting 2 weeks for it then I had notice the wood was chips in places the paint wasn’t actually painted properly their was tiny cracks everywhere which I wouldn’t have got over as most of it was hidden (still not the principal when paying for stuff) I had then noticed a massive crack infront of the sideboard as I’ve gone to tell them they said they could send me another part out which I hadn’t wanted to do as I’ve had a nightmare already with the top part (waiting two weeks for it to be sorted) and they could only offered me £10.00 part exchange which I had complained about considering the inconvenience they’ve put me in and then they offered me £15.00 or return for full which I actually wanted a sideboard hence why I didn’t want to return because I would have tried fixing what they had broke (all cheap wood) they have literally tried fobbing me off which was disappointing as I had brought the matching coffee table and that came brilliant had no issue at all and they was just not very understanding at all!! Also tried to leave a review on Amazon which wasn’t near as long as this or anything that was said bad and wouldn’t allow me to post it

Terrible terrible quality and service from second it arrived.

Delivery drivers didn’t knock and were driving away when I called them back. They didn’t help me get everything inside. Four door wardrobe, two bedside units and a tall set of draws. The Driver hit me on head and bust my lip with one of the boxes. Didnt apologise.

The wardrobe had loads of warped parts, so much so that as I built it became clear it wouldn’t go together and well is useless. Don’t have room to keep it half built soon as I took apart everything split and chipped.

Terrible service I was told my fault, I should have Checked all parts before( no I shouldn’t that should be your job).

Basicly I ended up binning a wardrobe because of the rubbish quality and equally rubbish service.

The drawer unit is poor quality. The drawers stick, which is made worse by the fact that the runners are literally just wooden blocks. The charcoal colour coating looks unfinished. For the £100 I paid for this, I am shocked at the quality. This is not a chest suitable for daily use in any way shape or form, and wouldn't be sturdy enough to withstand much more than a few cleaning cloths.

Excellent delivery, no problem, two lovely guys carried the flat back wardrobe upstairs, and a lovely wardrobe in good wood and finish BUT, the instructions were terrible, very hard to follow, the numbers weren’t corresponding to the pieces to put together,it took a day and a half to put it all together.

I've always bought from Mercers, can't fault them at all, had quite a few pieces of furniture from them.
Would highly recommend them, great prices to.

I’ve used this company before and have had some really good quality furniture from them however how much this has gone downhill in recent years is beyond me.

Ordered a Corona wardrobe, it arrived with several parts missing. Several parts were also damaged, particularly the holes where the screws go. My partner was accused by Jane at the company of damaging them after sending photos of the damaged wood panels.

The new parts arrived and they were that warped that the wardrobe drawer would not close properly. Luckily my partner who is a whizz at DIY managed to sort this but he shouldn’t have to.

If you want substandard furniture and to be accused of damaging the wood panels then shop here. If you don’t then I would suggest you go elsewhere.

I will never buy anything from Mercers again.

Great company to deal with and would recommend 100%, although there was a handle missing Jayne from customer services was extremely apologetic and rectified the issue extremely quickly. Thank you once again for a great product and great service

100% recommend this company. I almost let the few negative reviews put me off but so glad I didn’t. The furniture looks beautiful in my living room and provides more storage space than my previous furniture. 4 of 5 items arrived the same day, queried delivery of the 1 item not received and had a speedy response, received item following working day. I primarily chose mercer furniture as the finish was the same on all products, whereas other sellers items had a variety of finishes. The furniture was a fraction of the cost of my previous furniture but looks absolutely beautiful and is a great quality. So happy with my order - would 100% use again

This is an amazing online store to buy from, the quality of their products are amazing, I had a small accident whilst I was assembling the drawer and slightly damaged the front (entirely my fault) I contacted Mercer to see if I could purchase a replacement drawer front and dealt with Gary via email and the service was outstanding a reply was prompt and a replacement drawer front has been sent, this is the sort of service and support customers want and this is definitely a company worth shopping with 5*s I would have given more.💯💯💯💯

Excellent service, the furniture arrived quickly it was quite a large order, good delivery men, I put the coffee table together it had a slight mark in it which is now a split , I rang and Jane the receptionist who must say is excellent, she is sending a new top out, even though it was 4 weeks ago I put it together, excellent service,

I ordered the wrong size bed by mistake and the customer service lady, Jayne, was so nice and understanding, she arranged for it to be collected for a refund and I then ordered the right size!
It said 2 man to assemble but I managed it on my own (a female at the tender age of 67) .. easy instructions and I am so pleased with the bed, it is very good quality, strong and sturdy. I will be ordering another one in single size for my spare bedroom.
