What a great trip! The driver was on time, knew exactly where to drop us off and exactly where to pick us up. I arranged the whole trip through email and text so I wasn’t on the phone all day. I can’t wait to use Metropolitan Shuttle again.

My only drawback is that they switched drivers on us the day of the trip and our return trip driver was 15 minutes late to pick us up.

Extremely disappointed to say the least. Was told we’d receive a 55 seater “deluxe motor coach” for our 8 hour trip but instead a 40 seater, recommissioned school bus picked us up. The bathroom was broken which was a huge issue for someone on board with a medical condition, storage was limited which caused passengers to have to hold bags on their laps, and we were told none of this beforehand. Working to get money back now but management has been very difficult to work with. Stay away if you can. There are many other bus companies out there, and this is not a company you want to work with.

I hired Metropolitan Shuttle for a company party so we could shuttle guests back and forth from their hotel. Our driver, John, was excellent. He was professional and very personable and came early to make sure he was at the correct location. Then he patiently waited for all guests to board. I would definitely hire Metropolitan Shuttle again.

The driver was very nice and professional. She made sure that she waited until she was sure that everyone was on the bus at each destination. We were running late leaving one of our destinations and she didn't seem to mind waiting until we were ready.

Drivers were professional and timely. We used MS to shuttle hundreds of people and had very specific instructions for pick up and drop-off. Our drivers followed this to a tee and our account manager was easy to communicate with.

Showed up late in a bus not contracted for and much too large for our needs or the ability to travel to the sites given in the pre-trip itinerary. Have gotten the worst customer service possible = NONE! My calls, and emails have gone unanswered/unrecognized and they apparently feel fine about billing me for a trip never taken! Would not recommend to ANYONE!

James G. saved the day with his above and beyond customer service!! Our firm booked a trip to Napa with another transportation company that went out of business the day before our scheduled event. I called a number of transportation companies in The Bay Area and no one was able to get a bus out to us in time. I called Metropolitan at 9:45 AM on the morning of the event and James was able to get a bus to us for our scheduled 10:30 AM departure. He was not only kind and courteous but incredibly sympathetic to our situation. We will 100% be using Metropolitan again because of James.

The whole booking process went smoothly from beginning to end. Communication was good, and MS was accessible by phone. The bus driver showed up on time (actually was early), for both the outgoing and return legs of the trip. The driver was professional and nice, and even called later in the night to let us know someone had left some cash on the bus. I would recommend.

AWFUL!! Metropolitan Shuttle changed our bus the day before our event and then sent a driver who did not speak a word of English. This was compounded by the fact that he got lost and then was unable to follow directions. Metro Shuttle single-handedly ruined our event as guests were not picked up at the right time and when finally dropped off, were late and in the wrong place! Absolutely terrible service, find ANY other vendor.

Ben with Metropolitan Shuttle has been so helpful and flexible with our shuttle needs. Our group was happy with the size and comfort of the shuttle for our 2 hour round trip to Tucson and back to Phoenix.

The whole experience from beginning to end was easy. I felt like the company cared about my experience and went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent trip on our shuttle bus. I highly recommend Metropolitan Shuttle. I will use them again for sure!
