The onboarding experience was great, managed to get the team engaged and the platform is easy to navigate, the help is there if you need it. It's beneficial to sign up to webinars and to take advantage of whats being offered.

We recently moved to Mintago from another provider and have been extremely impressed with both the platform and the support we have received throughout the transition.

The product itself is fantastic. It is intuitive, easy to use and provides real value to both the business and our employees. The onboarding process was smooth and the Mintago team have been on hand whenever we've needed assistance, delivering a consistently high level of support.

One of the biggest benefits for us has been the ability to offer salary sacrifice schemes to our team. It has been a great addition to our employee benefits package and has been very well received by staff.

The build up info pack was a great help and any queries I had and continue to have are answered professionally and in a timely fashion making the transition and continued experience so much easier

I bought a retail voucher which temporarily didn't work. Holly arranged a refund and kept me informed every step of the way!

I put in a request to find 4 pensions from previous jobs. The ladies at Mintago are doing a wonderful job, very polite and friendly, so far finding 2 of 4.
