I would like to thank Sharon in particular for her help with our move to a Salary Sacrifice pension scheme. She has been genuinely helpful from the start, and even a couple of months in, continues to answer my queries promptly and knowledgably with clear explanations.
She has been proactive throughout the process and checked submissions etc.
I am sure there will be further queries on our side, but the customer service has been excellent, and very friendly also!

They found my various pensions without any fuss and in a good timeframe - thank you.

I've had a lot of different jobs over the years and hadn't been as diligent as I should have been at keeping track of who the pension providers had been. Mintago have been able to find a few of the missing pensions, and have been good at providing progress updates when needed.

Accidentally purchased the wrong supermarket gift voucher and they managed to get a refund for me. Much appreciated, thank you!
