Very disappointing experience
I was dissatisfied with Moneypenny and decided not to proceed. I never completed onboarding and requested a refund.
Despite that request, Moneypenny informed me that my account would remain active and I would be charged for another month, citing its 30-day cancellation policy.
Further charges after I declined to proceed and requested a refund are unacceptable. Based on how Moneypenny has handled my cancellation and refund request, I would not recommend the company.

Lauri was wonderful to work with! She was extremely helpful throughout the entire phone setup process, very responsive, and made everything easy to understand. She took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was handled properly. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and all of her help. Highly recommend!

Thalia provided excellent customer service today. I appreciated her help and she went out of her way to satisfy my needs on our call today.

Lauri is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Good rates and great service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE THAT HURT MY BUSINESS

My experience with Moneypenny was an absolute disaster. Their representatives frequently struggled to communicate clearly in English, could not pronounce my company’s name correctly, and most seriously, gave false information to prospective clients. For an answering service responsible for making a company’s first impression, this is completely unacceptable.

Their recorded calls provide proof of exactly how poorly my business was represented. I gave Moneypenny multiple opportunities to correct these problems, but nothing improved. When I finally canceled, they charged me for an additional month instead of taking responsibility or crediting me for the unacceptable service.

Moneypenny did not support my business. In fact they potentially cost me clients. I would never trust them with my calls again.

My onboarding experience with Lauri was excellent! We were rushing to get this setup quickly and Lauri went above and beyond our expectations. Excellent service so far.

Thalia was pleasant, friendly, professional and thorough. She was able to verify who I was, assist me with logging on, add our companies 2 accounts to one file so that I don't have to have separate logins for the 2 accounts and verify that I was able to see both accounts. She helped me correct information in our file. She did an excellent job!

Thalia went out of her way to help me get set up and find the information I needed to be able to use the voicemail successfully. I would reach out to her in the future if I needed additional support.

I wasn't getting calls to my phone and Lulu was able to determine that my cell company was blocking a number that shouldn't have been blocked!

Amber, our account executive, is always there for us when we need her. She ensures we have updated information, that we are well informed, have the most recent data, and that we make adjustments that work best for our organization. She has made this partnership such a great experience, and we trust Moneypenny to make sure our callers feel welcomed and informed. Amber, you rock!

The onboarding team is very thorough and they understand their process and systems very well. They have the ability to listen to your needs and tailor their service to your business needs. I was impressed with all the options available. This is not an ordinary answering service, they are an extension of your office.

Lulu is an excellent representative of your company. Her prompt response time and deep understanding of our needs reflect the outstanding level of service and professionalism your team provides. She listened carefully, communicated clearly, and made the entire process smooth and efficient. It's clear she genuinely cares about getting things right for her clients, and that kind of dedication doesn't go unnoticed. We look forward to continuing to work with her.

Friendly, big help while we transition services

Chris, Amber, and Lauri have been INCREDIBLE to work with during our team's onboarding with MoneyPenny. I am so grateful we made the switch to MoneyPenny and couldn't be more excited about this partnership, their level of customer service and detail, and overall experience as a team.

AWFUL. We never get our messages. We are a Washington DC law firm. Once Moneypenny took over for VOICENATION we never got our messages. This is the WORST experience imaginable.
