Thalia took her time to correct my account information, upgraded me to a better subscription, was super polite, and unbelievably helpful. I appreciate it.

We love using Money Penny at our community. Amber Johnson is an excellent account manager, she’s always responsive, proactive, and dependable. She makes herself readily available whenever needed, ensures any issues are quickly resolved, and consistently follows up to keep everything on track. Working with her has been a smooth and positive experience.

I have had the pleasure of working with Amber Johnson at a handful of properties over the past few years and she has consistently been a HUGE help. Always happy to help, quick to respond and consistent even when our companies requests are complex and quickly changing. Her help has been a key factor in the success and growth of our business - we couldnt fo it without her!!

I am very happy with Moneypenny. The team is professional, courteous, and I can depend on them to take good care of our after hour calls. Never any issues and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Brittany has been our Client Support Manager since we started with Moneypenny USA in January 2026. She has been wonderful to work with. We had a rocky start due to a few mishaps, however, she has always been responsive and worked hard to meet our needs. I can always count on her to get back to me when I need help.

Thalia was super helpful in troubleshooting why their calls were being blocked. She was very responsive and emailed promptly. Also helped do some test calls.

Thalia was extremely helpful and patient while I was getting the information needed.

The agents did not handle the calls appropriately despite having a script. The messages taken were often incomplete, did not give me enough information to know how to proceed with the call e.g. if I had to call back, or client was only inquiring, or what the inquiry was, etc. Difficult to get ahold of them. I cancelled the service and despite of the 30-day cancellation policy, they decided to charge me for 50 days beyond the cancellation. It was a waste of money and loss of potential clients. Very disappointed on the service.

Lulu Khatib is absolutely phenomenal to work with. 6 months ago I would have rated the service a 3 on a good day. With Lulu acting as our Client Engagement Manager for our accounts (we have several!) I am pleased to give the service 5 stars. She truly understands customer service and strives to find solutions quickly that can calm a customer.

Lulu was very attentive to our need and went above and beyond to ensured that our request was heard and addressed.

Moneypenny has updated their script to be more efficient for our staff and able to relay information when it affects multiple customers. Customer service has always been great!

Jessica Greve is the best! She is a great communicator and very reliable. She makes onboarding and offboarding properties very easy.

Lulu was very quick to reach out when I emailed our prior account manager. We came up with a quick and effective solution to help us get our new client form to the right attorneys. She showed me the additions to their script while we were on the call to make sure it was what we wanted.

Thalia, their CSR, updated our voice recording promptly, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I really appreciate how quickly she handled our request. I highly recommend their service!
